  Fantastic mini break in Roma

  We had contact with Eleonora (owner) prior to arrival. As we were arriving later at night we were asked to message as we left the airport so that we could be greeted at the property. The area around the property looks “run down” but the property is on the second floor of an apartment building which has lift access once you have gone up the stairs from the street.The property has 4 rooms and our room was brightly coloured and we were shown where things were and how things worked. There is a mini fridge with complimentary water and juice and coffee pods in the room. The dining area is well equipped and you can use the crockery for lunch and dinner.Fresh pastries are delivered each morning and there is yogurt, cereal, toast, pancakes, waffles, cheese and ham. There is a table on a balcony too for Alfresco breakfast. There is a supermarket within walking distance and a kebab/pizza shop Nextdoor. Tuscolana train station is a 5 minute walk. The Trevi Fountain is 3 miles away but there is so much to see if you walk. We walked 18 miles in one day but covered most of the sites including the Trevi fountain, Colosseum, Spanish Steps and the Vatican. We only had one whole day to explore but this lovely B&B was a home from home.

  Wonderful stay at Damiani & Sisters!

  A wonderful stay at Damiani & Sisters. Eleanor was a gracious host and communicated very quickly with any questions I had. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast area has plenty of items for a quick breakfast. Ample supply of coffee is provided too! The unit is only a 5-7 minute walk to the metro station, which can get you all over Rome. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. The metro is only about 4-5 stops from Roma Termini so easy to get to and from the airport if needed, but Eleanor does offer an airport pickup, so be sure to enquire. Right next door is a wonderful take out pizza, falafels, and other great food items. The price is definitely priced right for the great food! The owner of the place is also very kind. Next time we are in Rome, we will definitely stay at Damiani & Sisters!

  Very well located, very clean and comfortable room, indeed the bed was superior to that of many hotels. Lovely breakfast as well. A good area of Rome, located near Ponte Lungo/ Ri De Roma metro stations, with a lot of nice eating places and supermarkets (cooking facilities available) nearby. I've been to Rome seven times and I'd happily come here again. Can't really think of any bad points. I wish we had stayed longer perhaps?5/5.   Perfect location and beautiful apartment

  The hotel is located a 5 minute walk from Re Di Roma metro which then is only a few stops from the centre of Rome. The apartment is in a good area with lots of restaurants and the building itself is very well kept.   Really, really the best option in Rome. Our first vacation in Rome was awesome, Eleonora is a great guest, lovely, open for conversations 0-24. We'll go back later 100%. Close to everything, easy walk from the stations. What can I say? Go and try, if you really need a good time in Rome.
