The hotel has 4 suites, 7 single rooms and 72 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities.     Busy location but a good stay

    The hotel is older but well kept. It would be a historic place to stay. It is located in a very busy area, so beware. However we had no issues. Lots of restaurants around and one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever seen which was included in our nights stay. The bed was super comfy and the staff were pleasant. Overall location is very central to all the attractions.

    Location is perfect - walkable to most sights, supermarket, restaurants and stores. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Hotel restaurant has variety of great food. Would stay here again!     5 nights here in May 2026. Very convenient central location. Bus stops very nearby. We thought it was quiet for mid May and central Rome. Nice room spacious (we went for the superior). Nice towels, slippers, complimentary wash things, tea and coffee (although this could have been more generous with milk and biscuits). Fridge was very small. Safe was good. Cleaning was excellent. The restaurant was attached and good. Breakfast was good, although the quality of fruit salad could definitely be improved. The choice overall was excellent and included cooked eggs and bacon and sausage. Overall reception staff were very helpful including looking after our bags for the last morning we were in Rome before flight out. No charge. Downsides - very few, but fridge was noisy and the bedroom doors are a bit noisy.     The customer service was the absolute worse I’ve ever experienced at a hotel and I travel often. I would include the employees names, but they refused to give me any of their names and they also surrounded me in a threatening manner after I took a picture of them because I didn’t have their names. They threatened to call the police if I didn’t delete their picture. They physically grabbed a hold of my phone and made sure that I erased every picture that I took . They didn’t have any cameras in the building, so I did not feel safe and I had to submit. Their behavior was absolutely terrifying and very unprofessional. They were very disrespectful from the very jump. They tried to coarse my family members into buying more rooms as they screamed repeatedly through the conversation that our transaction was against the law. I tried to have him clarify things and asked him About the company protocol, but they were very aggressive and refused to be professional. This hotel is unsafe, even though it looks like a luxurious hotel that would have respectful employees. Only some of my family stayed at the hotel because they had already checked in before we arrived. I was scared to leave a review because multiple employees there were physically threatening as well as threatening to call the police ( I have no idea what they would even tell the police) I hope that some type of reputable management will see this review and give me a call or message me. I’m able to write this review because my other family members are checking out today. (I believe they have a vendetta against Americans) . If the management here was really concerned, then I can let them know my name and the dates I checked in to the hotel and how my experience was. If not, that speaks for itself. We also proposed an alternative solution, allowing you to stay with a family member already checked in, fully complying with legal requirements that all guests be properly registered.During the interaction, you began taking photographs of our staff without their consent. This is not permitted due to privacy regulations. Unfortunately, the situation escalated as your behavior was perceived as aggressive, despite our continued attempts to assist you.We also wish to clarify that, contrary to your claims, your phone was never taken from you. Security cameras in the lobby recorded the entire interaction.Furthermore, had you been a guest at our property, you would have observed that the vast majority of our clientele is American, a fact we are particularly proud of. Since you were not registered as a guest, we were unaware of your nationality. We consistently maintain relationships with all our guests based on courtesy, professionalism, and mutual respect.We also noted that you registered on the platform solely to leave a negative review about our property, and this is the only review posted from your account.Finally, there is no record of any stay under your name at our property.
