    What a lovely place to stay, each member of staff were friendly, helpful and made you feel so welcome. Breakfast was very good everything you could wish for. The room was very well decorated plenty of room for what we needed. Will definitely be back and would advise family members to stay here also.     The welcome was excellent. The reception lady and Mr. Nureddin's friendly welcome, attention, and guidance were excellent. The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from Termini train station. The location is excellent. Breakfast was satisfactory. The single rooms were very small, but the cleanliness was excellent. The price per night could be a bit more reasonable in terms of price-quality ratio.

    We have already been there twice and I'm going to choose them the next time too. Staff, comfort, atmosphere, breakfast, cleanliness: 5*, location: 4*, but the bus station is in the front of the house. We loved the close location of the Gelateria La Romana:) Thank you for the hospitality!

    My partner and I had a lovely one night stay at Deseo Home. We booked this place due its proximity to the train station and an underground metro station. That underground line was however out of service during this weekend due to works, but we were able to walk to another station and connect from there. We walked to Colosseum this morning (just over 30 minutes) so overall a good location despite that problem. The room was nice and modern, and AC worked well. Our bed was very comfortable. There is a shared coffee/ tea station in the hallway, but you have individual tea and coffee capsules in your room. The only negative about this hotel was the bathroom. Despite having been modernised, the shower still had significant drainage and water pressure problems. That needs to be addressed if managed wants to make Deseo a premium hotel. However, I felt it unfair to detract a whole star fromt review as all other aspects of the stay were great. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were offered a drink at check in and were taken to our room, some old fashioned customer service. Breakfast was also pretty good with a selection of savoury food and sweet cakes.I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.
