    good evening I was in the beauty center this afternoon to do a simple waxing of the eyebrows the very kind girl BUT my friend did her eyebrows good to me no to one eyebrows I have less and in the other more are asymmetric then I had said not to touch a point that I had a bruise and she did.     Amazing!!!Hotel derisory, pitiful I would say!!! I do not know how it has 4 stars and above all to stay open!!! There is no water there is no pressure and it is never you change room, from bad to worse!!! Cold and air conditioner that does not start .. shower with mold and this morning after being able to take a shower with flush water, the dryer turns off and does not restart, broken! A scam avoid!!! I forgot they take the money as soon as you arrive probably for this!!! Breakfast the nothing .... not even fresh croissants!! I should have called the Carabinieri and claim reimbursement lacks a primary good water in addition to everything else!Only positive note the girl at reception Lucrezia who tried to help us in all ways but, nothing done!!! Close and reopen only after doing at least some maintenance you are SHAMEFUL to sell similar rooms!!! A well-studied package!!! Originally submitted in Italian on www.tripadvisor.it. View originals.

    This is a nice hotel, very hard to fault. Breakfast not great but all else very good. Staff helpful and place is modern. Nice for a stop off before Rome. Near Frascati which is a nice area. Have no issue coming back here.…………………………………………………….

    The hotel is in an excellent part of Rome away from the centre but very close to the Castelli Romani and its beautiful surrounding. The rooms are nice and very tide, staff excellent and food very good.

    The first thing that we should tell is the way how they welcome you, so friendly. The food we eat was perfect. If you visit here you should taste the meat and the tiramisu. Many thanks to Mr Luca and Ms Jada who makes us very happy in this lovely place. Mr Luca was excellent who is in love with his profession.
