    Reception closes at 11PM

    Very poor experience. I booked this property through Agoda for one night and arrived at approximately 11:15 PM. When I arrived, reception was closed. A sign at the property said reception closed at 11 PM, but this check-in deadline was not clearly disclosed to me before booking.I tried to contact the property by phone and email but received no response at the time. I was left unable to check in and had to arrange alternative accommodation late at night.This caused a lot of stress and extra cost. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this property confirms the check-in deadline directly with the hotel before booking, especially if arriving late.

    Poor Customer Service

    We booked this property on hotels.com one month before we were arriving in Italy - we paid for 2 nights because we needed the room from morning until late evening before our next flight. The hotel messaged me on the app to ask what time we were arriving, and we stated that we were arriving in the morning after our flight arrived - this was over a month in advance. They NEVER RESPONDED to my message to state that the time could not be accommodated - if they had, we would have canceled. We arrived on 9 am after our red-eye from the US, and nobody was at the front desk. No one answered the phone after repeated attempts to call, and there was no alternative number posted. Another guest was trying to check out, and he wasn't aware nobody would be there and couldn't reach anyone either. After 30 minutes of waiting, we left and walked around the corner to a better hotel that is adequately staffed. I would never book this hotel again. They obviously do not care about customer service.

    Needs Improvements for Price

    We stayed here because the day we were flying out coincided with Pope Francis’s funeral. While the hotel was clean, it felt dingy, and the mattress was sunken. The price—168 euros for the night—felt like a rip-off and unjustifiably high, especially considering the front desk closes at 11 p.m. and there was absolutely no comfort provided.Recommendation: Please avoid price gouging during major events, invest in new mattresses, and ensure that the top blankets are regularly changed and washed. These simple improvements would make a big difference in the overall guest experience.

    Comfortable stay near Fiumicino Airport

    We needed a hotel at the Fiumicino Airport for two nights, and this was a good solution. The hotel is clean, staff helpful and friendly, and the shuttle van to the airport worked perfectly. Our room was comfortable, albeit not a luxury room. But all necessities were there: plenty of towels, shampoo etc.

    Don’t be Fooled, Stay Away!

    Don’t be fooled by the photos, stay away. Not worth it at any price. Although the staff was friendly, we have included photos of the disrepair of this hotel. Shortly after arriving we realized water was dripping down from the top floor and running down onto the floor creating a pool of water. The bathroom door would not close because it is rotting away from the water leak. I had to step through water to get to the bathroom, (the puddle was that wide) while having water from inside the wall above drip on my head. There was a roach motel next to the toilet which was not reassuring. The sheets were sand paper and the pillow cases did not cover the old, stained pillows.We thought there was an advantage to being close to the airport before our morning flight. We are now convinced it would be better to stay in Rome, in a decent hotel and get up earlier to head to the airport. Max Direttore, Direttore generale at E H Rome Airport, responded to this review Dear Sirs you have made one wrong deefback in the wrong hotel, this is not our Hotel, please change and move it immediatly. we will advise tripadvisor to remove this feedback in the right hotel.THIS IS A BIG MISTAKE MUSUNDERSTANDING MADE BY THE GUEST.
