    Not Worth the Money – Poor Amenities & Cleanliness

    My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The shower didn’t work properly and didn’t provide enough hot water, making it uncomfortable to use. There were no convenient power outlets near the bed, so if you needed to charge a device while using it, you had to stand to use your device since there were no seating areas near the plugs. The overall cleanliness was poor—even the lobby bathroom was dirty. The bedding was old and worn out, adding to the unpleasant experience. For the price, I expected much better. I wouldn’t stay here again.

    Racist receptionist will not give Asian hot water but will give American hot coffee.

    Our accommodation supposedly includes breakfast but we had to leave very early the next day so I decided to just ask for hot water for my coffee. They didn’t have a thermos in the room to make hot water for drinking, so I asked the afternoon receptionist where I can get hot water for my coffee the next day and they said I can just ask the receptionist. At 5:30am I went down to the reception and asked for hot water for my coffee. The male receptionist told me breakfast starts at 6:30am. I respectfully explained that we are leaving at 6:00am and we can’t have the breakfast so I just need the hot water for my coffee. I didn’t even ask for coffee, just hot water. (No, they don’t have free coffee in the rooms, not even water) But receptionist said water and breakfast is at 6:30am. What kind of hotel couldn’t give hot water to their guests? I did not bother arguing. However, as we came down to check out at 6:00am, there was an American guest in the lobby who is already enjoying his hot coffee. Receptionist wouldn’t give me hot water but will give the American coffee.

    When I say it's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, it's because it is. There is no AC ANYWHERE not even in the lobby. Front desk is so rude, they don’t make the effort to understand you. Beds are hard as a brick and many things don’t function. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone in italy. Gladly i’m just staying one night but I was crazy looking for a check in in other hotels because this is not worth the money!

    We booked a last minute trip to Rome and selected the Green Park Pamphili for its 4* rating and also (mistakenly) for proximity to the center.The Hotel is some distance from the centre requiring 25-35 minutes public transport plus either some shoe leather or a change mid way. It was far enough to preclude a return during the day, so we only made a single trip in to the centre each day we were in RomeThe Hotel is fairly spacious and rooms were of a good size, albeit rather basic and certainly below what I would expect from a 4* establishment.Decor is rather tired.Like other reviewers, I would drop this at least one level:- A single double socket was available for appliances with no USB points - disappointing for the grade. - The breakfast buffet was what I would expect from a 3* establishment - tinned fruits & trays of lacklustre bacon & scrambled eggs. Coffee machine was good, but this IS Italy!- The Hotel has a bar, but in 4 nights it wasn't ever open, even at the times publicised. On the plus side, beds were fairy comfortable and the aircon did work.The room had a fridge (albeit unstocked) which was useful

    This Hotel was awful. Far away from any attractions, the hotel staff could not even get a taxi to come to the Hotel to pick us up!! No restaurant, water and snacks only available from vending machines! Cosmos could do much better!!!
