  Cold welcome, had to wait 15 minutes for someone to check in us. There’s rarely hot water for showers and the room is dirty and old. I recommend to take the private room with shower include if you want to be in peace. Good point for the emplacement near the termini station.

  DO NOT BOOK IF YOURE A WOMANMy girlfriend was sexually harassed by a drunk worker at this establishment named Mario while he was on the night shift. He approached her, continually learned her staring at her chest and legs. Made sexually charged comments, including one in which he said he was a vampire who would suck her blood followed by him asking if “she sucks too”. He then begged her to stay with him when she tried to leave, continuing to leer at her body and finally asked if he can follow her to where she was going. This is the most disgusting behaviour I’ve seen from any hospitality worker. When a day worker was approached about the issue they brushed it off saying “he just does that sometimes”. Do not book this establishment.

  NOT FOR SOLO FEMALESNight 1: I (22 year old female travelling alone) was put in a dorm with a man who was probably around 45 years old. There is clearly no age limit which was extremely uncomfortable. Please see pic below. Night 2: I came back after a long 12 hours exploring Rome and was exhausted and my bedroom and all our stuff was GONE. When I asked reception they said “we had to take the beds out for a while but they will be put back now” ???? Made me concerned and was very inconvenient. Guests rooms should not be used for anything other than for the guests. 1 star because the beds were not bunk beds which I appreciate. It is also close to Termini which is convenient

  After making my initial reservation at this hostel, I later booked an extra night. However, I accidentally selected the wrong date and ended up with two reservations for the same night. Despite having my contact details, the hostel never reached out to confirm or clarify this with me.Once I checked in and had already started my stay—still unaware of the mistake—I went to reception in the evening to pay for my extra night. That’s when the receptionist told me that I had booked two beds for the same night and that they "couldn’t find me," so they were unable to inform me. But honestly, trying to find a guest inside their dorm room while they are out exploring Rome seems like a rather unusual approach.For almost a full day, I had no idea about this issue, and as a result, I had two different beds booked in the same hostel. Despite this being a paid reservation, I never received an email or a call about it. Because they failed to email me throughout the day, by the time I found out, the hostel was already fully booked.I asked the receptionist why they never sent me an email and whether my email address was in their system (because it really shouldn’t be that hard to see the same name and email in the same reservation). The staff member simply responded with, "Yes, it is."During all of this, while I was already stressed, I asked if I needed to pay for the extra bed I had mistakenly occupied. (I had no intention of disputing the charge—I had already taken out my credit card.) The receptionist just laughed loudly and said, "Yes." Mocking a guest in such a stressful situation is extremely disrespectful and highly unprofessional.On top of that, the hostel was very old and dirty. The duvet had a bad smell, and the dorm room did not have lockers as stated in the hostel description. Also, on the first night, my friend’s bed was given to another guest, so we had to change the sheets ourselves in the middle of the night because they had not been replaced.

  Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience in this place. First, the staffs they was not friendly and not helpful at all. I didn't felt safe all my stay, the room was not clean, very cold, and the weird thing that I book a private room and the room was in different building which I felt very dodgy. This building looks empty and not safe. My room was not clean, I found dirty and so many hair from previous people. And the worst thing, the maintenance was very bad. My sister hurt her toe because WAS STICKING OUT OF THE BATHROOM DOOR! VERY DANGEROUS. I would never recommend this place at all!
