Roma, what a beautiful place to spend a vacation. My only regret is that I do not have enough time there.We booked a hotel in Rome that wasn't good, so we decided to find another one.It was 10:00 am on Saturday, and everything that was in our price range was packed. We almost gave up hope of finding something that day until we called Gabriella's hotel, and they had a room left.We rushed there to find this tiny hotel located a few miles from the train station. It was not time to check in yet, but we were able to leave our luggage beside the reception. I have to say that the people at the front desk were extremely friendly and patient with us.We left the hotel and we went on a tour in a green bus (I'll talk about it in another review) Coming back, we went to our room, a spotless, clean room with comfortable beds. But we did not know that the air conditioning would not be on until September, so we opened the window, and the view was an internal patio, nothing pretty. However, the person at the front desk called his boss to authorise us to use the AC, and that is going the extra mile to help a guest. I have to say that the hotel's location is excellent, and there are amazing places to eat nearby, and once a week, there was a farm market in front of the hotel.There is an elevator to the first floor, where the hotel is located.I forgot to mention that in the same building, there are two more hotels on the first and third floors, but the guest services were excellent. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful experience.

A little difficult to find but very nice hotel, friendly staff. Very basic and small room, clean and tidy. Will visit again

Never ever have I come across a hotel like this, hard to find as signage very poor. Entrance filthy, mats not vacuumed in weeks, stairs the same. No one to check us in, a note left on reception door to say collet envelope with keys to your room. No staff to help us, by chance a maintenance helped us, Later we met manager, so rude has no place behind a reception desk.Bedroom small poky & the bed, not very clean, no shower gel, no tv remote. To top it all off no breakfast served, once again no manager or staff in building. I say to everyone stay clear of this hotel. It’s substandard. No star !!

We booked this hotel as it had good reviews on booking.com that it was close to the city centre and train terminal, most main attractions in 25 walking distance. But it's fair from 3 star ......Room clean and bed comfortable Shower so small you can hit you elbows....I'm only a size 8 and 5"5 would want to be any bigger!!!No aircon as its October(yet 20 at night) was okay when you could have the window open (not very often) so noisey out side the hotel with rubbish men coming round at 2am (crashing and banging) and people smoking out side the hotel making the room stink. NO wifi in the rooms only the reception area (what year are we living in) hotel advertised free public wifi !!! Radiator (not that we need it) broken on the wall. Bulds blow in wall lights. No bin in the room.No toilet paper... Not much selection at breakfast, coffee vile ( we ment to be in Italy) Juice not fresh....not even sure what flavour it was ment to be.Lucky there is a beautiful place 2 mins away with the best breakfasts and coffee ....Flat screen tv ( what a joke) Not much bigger than a standard wall tile. Phones does work in room No guide in room for wifi code or how anything works (not much does) no do not disturb signs.No safe in the room. Fridge doesnt work. If it's just a room you need and can get it cheap enough your be fine here but not worth it for a long stay! Nice little shop down stairs that is handy for water ect.

Though we enjoyed our stay, we have mixed feelings about our stay. The hotel and our room was very clean and our bed was very uncomfortable.Unfortunetly the quality of the breakfast and the service was dependent on who was on duty. We mainly eat around 8.30am but very little left.We stayed 7 nights and the temperature was around 23°c but the bedding was not changed during our stay
