They charge you 30+ euros for leaving the room after 11.00am.Also, Simone has been unprofessional and left me on the street at night for my check in, despite being aware of my arrival. The rest of the staff was v good. The position is a bit far but you can reach Rome in 45 minutes with the bus.

This is our second visit to Gemini Suite and we can both strongly recommend this B&B. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and spacious. The location is excellent and is within 5 minutes walk of shops, restaurants, ATMs and Cafés. The staff are also very nice and friendly and the area itself is very safe. We will definitely be back - Patrick & Francesca.

    Bellissima B&B

    rating16 May 2018

For the first 3 of our 17 nights in Italy, we stayed in Rome to attend the Italian Open tennis tournament. The nearest hotel to the Olympic Stadium was this unheralded B&B, and our "long shot" was a clear winner. Half the price of hotels in the heart of the city, Gemini Suites was ideal in almost every way: spotless renovated rooms (among the quietest we have ever experienced), cordial and convivial staff (whose broken English was infinitely more charming than our Italian for dummies), delicious all-you-can-eat breakfast (with homemade pastries from nearby Gramuglia bakery, ranked #17 among 350+ bakeries in the city, and worth a visit in and of itself), daily cleaning (they seemed almost offended when we declined service one rainy day in order to nap), and a quick 20-minute Uber ride from FCO airport. A 3-minute walk away is a must-dine eatery, Da Gabriele, open every day but Tuesdays, reportedly Julia Roberts' favorite Rome ristorante. A short walk away are a two banks and a laundromat, for added convenience. They don't take Amex, but you can't have everything, even on a Roman holiday.

Arriving at he B&B i at first was dissapointed did not know it is a B&B ...... but my attitude changed very quickly...what a firendly and helpful young lady let us feel at home with coffee and cake while we waited for Alexandra the owner. What a nice lady going out of her way to help us getting to Rome's attractions.....will defintely go back.Clean beautiful rooms and a nice breakfast the next day. Also organising a taxi for us to the airport. Thanx again to Alexandra, mom and the young lady..

    Feels like Home

I had a sweet experience from this cozzy, comfortable and classicmodern B&B. Small rooms, elegant bathrooms with good pressure on the water and its stays warm.Every morning I had a typicall Italian breakfast plus two cups Cappucinos. In the evenings, after stressfull days in Central Town, I enjoyed some tv watching. But the most important was the host and environment. My plain was delayed and I was arriving in the night (I even had sms from them and asking if I was okey). The mother/hostes was still waiting for me, to the late hour of night, with a warm smile. You are the best Ale & MomGrazie mille for a funny and harmonical stay
