Tucked away just steps from Piazza Navona, this boutique hotel combines historic charm with modern elegance in the most effortless way.Our suite was beautifully designed — spacious, luxurious, and filled with thoughtful details like exposed beams, marble finishes, and a stunning bathroom with a rainfall shower and Jacuzzi tub. The bed was heavenly, and despite being in the center of Rome, it was remarkably quiet at night — a true oasis after long days exploring the city.The staff went above and beyond in every way. They made us feel genuinely cared for.   Nice central hotel /bed and breakfast This is a small hotel more like a B&B.The rooms are very clean and nice. Maybe a bit noisy because it’s an old building. The bed is nice. Pillows could be better. Shower is nice.Staff is helpful. Good value for money.

  I hated this hotel. There is no one at reception even tho they say there is. It’s a screen. No real person. The wifi sucks, they never sent the access code and when they did it didn’t work. The cab they said they ordered to take me to the airport never came. Breakfast is 30 euros per person!! There’s under lighting under the bed which made it impossible to sleep. We had to sit in a chair with the room door open to get wifi reception.

  Best location in the heart of Rome. Surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants. Walking distance to main attractions.The building located on a small street that a bit hard to find, so use the navigation program.Large specious room, very clean and cosy. The room good equiped, the little minus is a lack of kettle and the iron.The bed and the pillows were very comfortable.Very nice helpful staff, option for breakfast, but we didn't use it.Check out at 11:00 and if you have a late flight, you can leave the luggage for storage. The staff is in the building only till afternoon, so if you intend to arrive later, let them know in advance.Just book the suit and enjoy!

  We loved stayinga the Gigli D'oro. We had not one problem with the hotel. Alessio the innkeeper exceeded all my expectations. From the minute I booked the hotel to the last day, Alessio helped me out with all my requests. Alessio and his staff were wonderful. Nina the housekeeper was outstanding. We had a front room and couldn't be more happier.Grant it, that this is not the Excelsior or the Hilton, but a very small, extremely clean hotel in one of the best areas of Rome. The way Alessio runs his hotel is a more modern way and that's ok.We had coffee and cornetto one day. We weren't interested in breakfast at the hotel, but wanted to eat what Rome had to offer.The block was very little and quiet and all was well.We cannot wait to return.
