    Disgusting Hotel

    rating18 Apr 2026

The Most Disgusting Hotel in Rome!!!!The huge scam and a lie in description. The only truth is that it’s near Colosseum but not 15 mins but like 20. To Trevi fountains 25-30. And about the hotel.First of all, I’m not even mentioning that among all 3-star hotels, this hotel was the worst. The furniture is old, there is an unpleasant smell in the corridors, and the walls are so thin that all noise can be heard clearly. We cannot open the window because neighbors from the building opposite can see inside, and again, the noise is very noticeable. In the bathroom, water spills outside the shower area and does not drain properly. There is not even basic drinking water provided in the room, and it’s probably pointless to mention the absence of bathrobes and disposable slippers.Overall, this is the complete opposite of an ideal experience and has ruined our impression of Italy. Frankly, we are very disappointed with hotel and regret the money we paid. When I asked to the receptionist’s to change the room or to call a manager they just stared at me as if I’m talking to walls

    Do not recommend this hotel

    rating14 Apr 2026

Overall, the hotel seems to need a rejuvenation; everything is worn and weathered. The 24 hour reception service is a false claim, the telephone line does not even connect when a direct call to reception is made. Breakfast options are extremely limited, and there is not even a toaster for bread. The bathroom smelled rancid like rotten eggs and excrement. Our four day stay was almost unbearable because of the putrid odor likely emanating from a small dead animal somewhere out of sight. Housekeeping was the only saving grace, and I am actually not sure what was wrong with the bathroom because a very good effort was made to keep the rooms clean every day. The rooms did not match the pictures advertised by the website.

Great location, well connected, walkable, value for money, good room size for a family

    rating04 Jan 2026

Beautiful property, best location, walkable from major transport hub, accessible to Roma termini, Metro station and Bus terminal each. Good room size for a family, the furnishing looks dated but still neat and clean and well maintained. The breakfast is complimentary but limited menu/ variety, still sufficient to start your day.

Lovely hotel in a good location

    rating26 Nov 2025

Great hotel in a convenient location close to the main train and bus station and only 10 minutes walk into the city centre. Lovely marble interior. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Manu on reception and the lovely lady serving breakfast. It was great to have the news channel on a big TV in the breakfast room. Room was adequate, requires a little updating but fine for the price. The only improvement would be a duvet as it was cold at night and the blankets were thin. The luggage store was very convenient on check out day. Overall a really good hotel.

Wonderful time in rome with pleasant people and clean hotel

    rating20 Oct 2025

I know this is not a 5 star hotel but the staff definitely deserve a 5 star rating as does the breakfast which is a continental breakfast. All the staff are welcoming. Rooms and beds made every day with clean towels. Foyer is lovely. Has a lift to your floor and a lift down to breakfast. Hotel was full the whole time we were there. That says plenty.
