    The pictures to the Roma are shocking not the same. Balcony? More like a rooftop where everyone can see it. Aircorn is rubbish. Was not place inside the hotel but in the back end so no nice room. Problems with the toilet. No where near here is a shop unless you want to walk 10/20 mins. Only do breakfast.

    Terrible Experience at Ginevra Palace Hotel ROME ITALY (ROOM 215 STAYED DATE JUNE 15-18)Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The reception staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. They showed zero interest in helping guests and treated questions like an inconvenience.The place felt unsafe, both in terms of security and overall atmosphere. Definitely not somewhere you feel comfortable staying, especially if traveling with family.We booked a specific room type and they completely ignored our reservation, giving us something totally different with no explanation or apology. When we tried to address it, we were met with more attitude from the staff.As for the restaurant – the breakfast buffet was awful. Poor selection, low quality, and not fresh. Easily one of the worst hotel breakfasts I've ever had.Do NOT stay here. I wouldn’t recommend Ginevra Palace Hotel to anyone. If you value your comfort, safety, and basic respect, look elsewhere. There are plenty of better options in the area – this is not one of them.

    A bad experience!

    5 days stay and horrible room isolation and toilet smell and the bathroom was too tight. I could hear the next doors so loudly, and they were talking LOUDLY till 2am. It was freezing cold and no heating.Location to transportation was quite far aswell but it was a 15 minute walk but still far from centrum. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel.

    We stayed 4 days from 17 September 2024. Everything was great. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had everything you could need including hot food: italian sausage (not hot dogs as another review says) and eggs, croissant, toast, 8 different types of coffee, 3 different types of juice plus cereal and yoghurt. The room was clean and tidy and the reception desk is manned 24/7.

    Avoid this place totally out of the way even taxi's don't like going there. Our room was very basic and dirty not been cleaned. Breakfast is very basic don't expect to be filled. You can hear other rooms so clearly as well. I would say this hotel being basic should only be marked as a 2 star. Hated it our first of Italy trips birthday requested something special got nothing.
