    Very disappointing!

    I paid for a room with air conditioning. However, it did not work for two of the three nights that I stayed there. Moreover, rooms with a view should be an advantage; not there. The streets nearby are extremely (really extremely) noisy, but the rooms don't have triple-glazed windows, so you can hear people talking, the cleaning trucks at three o'clock in the morning and so on... The breakfast was excellent! The location is good, since it is close to the train station and it is only 35 minutes’ walk from the Roman Forum.

    I stayed there for 3 days, there was a problem with the water heating, and they simply didn't fix it. I stayed in a 4-star hotel that didn't have hot water. The shower was a torture. Unacceptable. The least they could have done was offer me a discount or a refund.

    Good location near the Termini, room was clean and compact, breakfast buffet adequate. No hot water for the last two nights of our stay was disappointing but even more disappointing was the fact we had to approach the front desk to be told there was a problem with the hot water but it was expected to be rectified soon, it wasn’t.

    This was a perfect choice to stay for our 4 day mini break. A stones throw from the rail terminal, metro and big bus tour stops and within easy walking distance of many restaurants bars and shopsThe apartment was absolutely perfect. Very spacious with two bathrooms! Lovely sitting area. Two TV’s fridge and coffee/tea making facilities and best of all, a lift to our 5th floor apartment! The staff on reception were always polite and helpful and the apartment was cleaned and tidied on a daily basis We couldn’t fault it!!

    As regular travellers, this is hands down the worst hotel we have ever stayed in! It is categorically not a 4 Star hotel, we would struggle to give it 2 Stars! We booked two rooms and it was the same situation for both. We had intermittent hot water during our four day stay and even no water one morning. Then our toilets wouldn’t flush properly and would get fixed to only break down over and over again! The carpets are also really filthy.The area is very undesirable with a constant police presence, rough sleepers and open drug use. It is a very noisy area and the hotel windows do not keep out the noise. We dreaded coming back to the hotel at the end of the day.The reception staff were not helpful and even came across as rude and annoyed at times when we were raising issues. Do not stay at this hotel!
