The hotel has 5 junior suites, 27 single rooms and 268 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected.     Took 40 students and 4 staff as part of a school trip to Rome and Naples. Stayed one night and it was excellent. We were impressed by the food, service and rooms. Buses into Rome were frequent and easy to use, even with 40 students. Nice quiet location so had a good nights sleep.     The hotel rooms were spotless, staff super friendly & bartender had his craft down. The gray restaurant was delicious ate then both nites even the staff made us laugh. I did look under bed looked for something and it sparkled under there. 2 cons: rooms are small compared to American standards, but very typical for a European hotel & a taxi is needed to get to city center.     ★★☆☆☆ Disappointing Second Stay – Standards Have Dropped

    The location is great — about 20 to 30 minutes north of central Rome by taxi or Uber, depending on your destination. This was my second stay at this hotel; my first visit back in 2011 was excellent. Unfortunately, this time the experience fell well below expectations.The property and staff no longer seem to have the same level of care or attention to detail. Our room key didn’t work, and the door handle came off, locking us in the room. We had to request repairs twice before it was properly fixed. The hair dryer was literally melted with a hole in the side, making it unsafe to use.Most disappointing was the attitude of the staff. Many acted as though guest requests were an inconvenience — even when reporting legitimate safety or maintenance issues. When we asked about the airport shuttle (a €70 charge for three people with luggage, or €80 between midnight and 6 AM), the front desk representative barely looked up, gave curt responses, and seemed irritated that we had questions due to a flight delay.We simply asked if a later shuttle was possible — instead, our reservation was canceled without confirmation. We were told the driver canceled it, then that we had requested the cancellation. Thankfully, we checked back in or we would have been stranded without knowing it was canceled at all.Overall, I’m very disappointed in how far the service and upkeep have declined. I’m not sure what qualifies this as a four-star property anymore, but this was definitely not a four-star experience.
