  Came to Rome with little one and we chose this guest house due to the location. It was an amazing stay, room very clean and modern, was all within walking distance to most places to visit. Bus terminal 6 mins walk. The room had WiFi, towels, private shower , we had even slippers, coffee and tea station. Fridge bar but this if you use you pay for the item but not very expensive, room cleaning services includes. I read many bad reviews on here, but I had no issues, before I get to the room you get a video message on whatapp with all details and pin to get into the building . The host is brilliant Katia. Trust me when I say is all within walking distance. The fun in the shower room is connected to the shower room light, so when you switch it off that will stop to. My room wasn’t by the lift so I never had any noise issues. And yes there is a working lift. Was a brilliant expensive and I will def go back again there. Don’t judge the building from the outside . Make sure you share your phone number with the guest house before arrival, they will message you before hand anyway.

  Save your money and go to a hotel! It is not worth it, if you want to use serviced appartments you can find it a street away at 1/3 of the price with bigger rooms. Feel we were scammed into thinking it is a hotel and paid hotel prices for it. Do not recommend

  Booked a long weekend here. We contacted the host 45 mins before arrival to let them know we would be arriving no response we get there and are left standing on the street with our luggage it was 6pm dark and raining. A local resident let us in the building which smelt awful with overflowing bins. Eventually after the host hung up our phone call we get a WhatsApp message with instructions we get to the apartment. After helping ourselves to the keys left in a cardboard box at the front door the bedroom we got resembled nothing of the pictures online. The walls were paper thin and the loud buzzer went every time someone entered the building meaning we were woken every hour of the night. The walls were paper thin so every noise in the building could be heard. After spending one terrible night here I decided to book a different hotel for the rest of our weekend complete waste of money! As we left in the morning we had the cleaner with 0 customer service skills questioning us for our tourist tax honestly could not get away from this place fast enough!!! Would have gave this place 0 stars the only thing that’s good about it is the location but everything else is falsely advertised avoid avoid avoid !!!

  Do not book this hotel. It is falsely Advertised. It is far from deluxe. The lift hasn't worked for months according to residents. No coffee maker, in fact no coffee in room just 2 tea bags and sugar.Bathroom isn't clean, grime in all the grouting. The toiletries supplied reaches to cheap nasty liquid soap in containers that fall appart.All the 'luxury aspects, such as soft furnishings, coffee makers, cushions, are not present. Black mould in the corner of room.

  It looks nice in the picture but the reality is different.It could definitely do with a little attention to the bathroom, shower was leaking and the room was in need of paint. On the plus side the location was excellent. A little dissapointed on arrival, we were met by a rude man who shouted at us for €21 Euro for city tax in cash. On the day we left we had a late flight so we left our luggage in a cupboard outside the bedroom and came back at 6:30pm to collect. My husband left his AirPods on the bed and noticed in the airport and contacted the owner straight away who said he would check with the cleaners the next day. We used the find my iPhone tracking and the AirPods came up still at the guesthouse even though the owner said they were never found. Very upset as they were definitely on the bed and were hard to miss with the type of case on it and were just fobbed off by the staff. Plenty of other places to stay would not reccomend this place.
