    Expected good from Hilton. So we got a good a rest as it was our last night in Italy. Felt more like being in America. Amenities were there as expected.

    While this hotel is not super convenient to the Rome center, it is in a very quiet and safe area just slightly outside the city. The setting has lots of trees, and facility is very clean. The pool area, bar and on site restaurant make it like a resort setting. We just booked for a stopping off point after our flight from the US, and after arriving I wish I had just stayed there the entire time! I highly recommend this hotel. The food was excellent in the restaurant, at a very reasonable price.

    The Information Desk at the nearby airport couldn't find this hotel. The cab driver took us less than 10 minutes away from the airport to what looked like a very run down and out of use industrial estate, where the hotel was located. Apart from a car park and the hotel itself, there was nothing nearby.. no shops, restaurants, bus stop, tram or rail station. Nothing. Upon checking in, the receptionist told us the nearest bus stop was a long walk away, through some 'unsafe' areas, which she did not recommend we attempt. She said the only mode of transport was by (expensive) cabs. We were told there was no refund of the hotel charge (we had just paid the additional city tax too of around 36 Euros). But, we'd have hated getting cabs to and from the city centre, paying at least 120 Euros daily, so we checked out again and booked an apartment in the city centre. Two guests were just outside the hotel, telling us they had just been fleeced 100 Euros by a cab driver to get to the hotel. The lady said they had also checked out because it was not suitable for getting to the city centre (she was in a wheelchair). As a long-standing customer of Hilton, I'm really disappointed. Someone booking here would have to pay a lot in cab fares to get to any of the tourist attractions and be stuck with the limited hotel fare. Misleading description on Hilton's site due to it's lack of information about it's location and nearby amenities. Very disappointed.

    No room service and restaurant booked out to a group.Maintenance of room needs attention. Bathroom door sticking shower head leaking. Very disappointing for Hilton.On a positive note bed comfortable. Hilton needs to offer basic food when the restaurant is booked out.

    The hotel is located outside of Rome city near a big mall. The place is quiet and has a relaxing environment. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast has good variety selection. There is no room service at night but there is a restaurant next door.We highly suggest travelers to use / rent a car as public transport is not easy from this location. We definitely come back when visiting Rome.
