Location

The hotel is located on the Rome Fiumicino Airport platform (Leonardo da Vinci Airport), in front of Cargo City and within immediate reach of all the major attractions of Rome. If guests have time to discover the region a little more, they are just a few minutes' drive away from the beaches of Fiumicino, Fregene and Ostia, and the business districts of Eur, Parco de' Medici and Pomezia.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 282 rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     Will never stay here again.

    Do not stay here unless you are desperate. Stay at the other Airport Hilton. Waited for the shuttle to pick us up 30 minutes standing outside w/ our luggage, it's mainly a bus that made 4 other stops before getting to the hotel, no help on or off w/ your luggage. Arrived at hotel only to find about 25 people waiting to ck in w/ only 2 front desk clerks and 2 person that looked like she was in training. Need more help ! Coffee machine in lobby broken and the ONLY restaurant in hotel closed until lunch. Rooms were unclean. My feet were black from walking barefoot. The entire time i passed the front lobby several times there was a sheet of people all day and into the early night. Clearly, they need more help or more public spaces to accommodate all their guests. 30-minute wait for dinner because (again the crowds) there was nowhere else to go. The next morning, we took a cab out of their so fast, didn't even wait for the free bus.

    This hotel is super convenient if you transit trough ROME AIRPORT only if you know how to find shuttle PUBLIC BUS NOT HOTEL SHUTTLE ( Confusing).Great breakfast!Very poor WIFI ( on off all the time)Front desk avoid busy time( offer no help)When plugged coffee maker room power went off every time, impossible to use kettle.GM was helpful to resolve issues.     We chose this Hilton for our final night in Italy, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing stay. Upon check-in, we found the AC had a loud, persistent rattle—almost like there were chipmunks inside. While we managed by using earplugs while sleeping, the dining and service issues were harder to ignore. Local restaurants are not walkable, and transport can be pricey (an Uber for five was quoted at well over €100), so we opted for the hotel restaurant. Sadly, the food was poor; the pizza was lackluster and the pasta was overcooked. On a good note the shuttle to the airport was convenient. The most concerning part was checkout. The receptionist refused to show us an itemized bill until after we paid, citing a 'policy' and delivering the message quite rudely. Having stayed in Rome and Sorrento for the previous 10 nights without this issue, I found this quite unacceptable. In the end we paid just to make our flight, but based on this experience, we won’t be returning to Hilton anytime soon. On a good note the shuttle to the airport was convenient.     Shuttle service was great - rooms need updating

    We stayed there for the night to catch our morning plane. We had dinner and breakfast there and the food was good and reasonably priced. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport (about 10 mins) and it was great. The hallways are definitely outdated and the rooms are a bit old. At least it was clean.     Adequate for an overnight stay near the airport.

    The hotel was convenient to the airport with a free shuttle running every 15 minutes, but there were no restaurants or bars nearby within walking distance. Check-in was very slow. We booked a room with a king size bed and a sleeper sofa. The sleep on your sofa had no linens and was not made up. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was decent. Overall, I would recommend it for a one night. Stay if you had an early flight out of Clementino.
