This appealing hotel is located in a magnificent part of Rome, Parioli, close to the Piazza Ungheria and the Villa Borghese. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. It is 35 km or 40 minutes to the Fiumcino airport.

    This hotel is in a neighborhood by the Embassies. It does have a tram stop right near it so you will hear it. However, it is a great property! Every single one of the staff members went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of, very friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a token operated washer and dryer. There are great restaurants near the hotel and the breakfast buffet was tasty with lots of options. The room we stayed in was big for a European hotel room. Loved staying there.     I unexpectedly went to Rome and booked 1 x night at the lovely hotel and arrived 15 minutes later...and what a wonderful hotel it is! The lovely girl on reception who checked me in was outstanding and so welcoming! My to was large, comfortable and had everything I needed! I had a couple of drinks in the bar, lovely young man server, and had such a relaxing evening I decided to book another night! The next day I was jist enjoying relaxing in the room when reception called to mention to get my key updated as staying the extra night, lovely! I did just that and settled my bill, ordered some dinner which took so long to arrive (takeaway) there was the lovely receptionist from day before and then another lovely girl, she got the lift for me carrying my food, hope the pizza and chips were nice! Next morning leaving early for airport and another lovely receptionist sorted a car for and the gentleman receptionist to were just so friendly and helpful. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in with the best staff and if I ever have the pleasure of being in Rome again, I will be making a stop here! Thank you to all of you!     Very negative experience and seriously inadequate staff management

    On December 26, during breakfast, my wife left her mobile phone on the counter. After just a few minutes, the phone had disappeared. The dining room staff were uncooperative, offering vague explanations without providing any real assistance.I asked the front desk for help and requested that the police be contacted. To my surprise, I was told that they were not authorized to call the police and that I would have to go to the police station myself. I firmly objected and asked to speak with a manager, who was said to be “on holiday.”Only after my strong insistence were the police finally called. The officers arrived within minutes and requested access to the breakfast room’s CCTV footage. Shortly afterward, one of them “coincidentally” found the phone under a paper napkin on our breakfast table, the same table that had already been checked several times. It was clear to everyone that the phone could not have simply appeared there on its own.To avoid further loss of time, we decided not to file a formal report.What remains is:a total lack of cooperation,absence of internal staff controls,an initial refusal to contact the police,no apology whatsoever from the hotel.This is shameful and unacceptable behavior for a property that claims to provide safety and assistance to its guests.In situations like this, I recommend not following the staff’s instructions and standing up for your rights.     We stayed for three nights and were most impressed with friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Always willing to answer questions and order a cab. Very clean well-appointed lobby and rooms. Located in very nice area of Roma near Borghese Palace and Gardens. Restaurants all around close. Highly recommend! Price was reasonable.
