    Rome Birthday City Break April 2026We stayed at the Holiday Inn Rome Medici We had a lovely stay and staff were really friendly and nice a special mention to Enzo , Andrea and Iuri who are natural hospitality people providing a wonderful service.I would also like to thank our housekeeper unfortunately I didn’t manage to get her name but she is of Asian origin and wears glasses as well as the housekeeping porter who was a very kind gentleman.The hotel has a shuttle bus that can drop you off at piramide station and the bus driver again was very pleasant.We are planning to return to Rome and will be hoping to use the hotel as our preferred place to stay.Thank you once again , Owner at Holiday Inn Rome - Eur Parco Dei Medici by IHG, responded to this review Dear omaraaaaaa,Thank you for reaching out to us with your personal experience.     The hotel is with the standard of Holiday Inn band, with a very good staff, clean rooms, good service and comfortable beds. The bathroom is good, and is well connected to Muratella train startion, just 7 minutes walking, with this you can go to Piramida metro Station and connect to everywhere.Ludovica was amazing doing the check in.If you wan to be close to Rome and to the Airport this is a very good option.     This is my go-to place when leaving Rome or returning as it is so convenient to the airport. Clean, quiet, incredibly helpful staff, beautiful food & great hot water for the shower!     Only stayed 2 nights but both nights noisy. Had a room in 1st floor and was woken both mornings at 5.30 with the preparation of breakfast. Walls are thin, can hear your neighbours switching the lights on and off.
