    Its my first time writing a bad review and im so sorry for it but thats the truth, the first time i was accepted without any physical documentation.. so i didnt know its an obligation to show it, tonight i came to check in in late time exactly like the first time but i was rejected even i showed my passport, my visa and wanted to show my residency permit recu on my phone but still they refused it and when she was checking my historic status, i was registered under a wrong name.. they made me go walking fo a half hour to Carabinieri to ask for authorization but they refused to give me its not there job..again im sorry for the problem i made to the girl at the reception because she was the one who accepted me there first time and she’s the one who refused me now and when i asked for a small favor to stay there when i have all my needed documents in my phone she refused and texted the boss to refuse me again ..when it comes to the hostel honestly its not the best to visit.. scales are dirty and u can hear noise from ur neighbors ( not all if them but still.. ) so not comfortable to stay if you’re a worker . I advise anyone who wants to go there to not.And forget about the refund u need to call ur agency to get 17€ back ..

    The hostel was very dirty, the bed sheets had spots. There were insects in the bedroom. The bathroom was very dirty, the smell was very bad and the bathroom sink was block, in addition there wasn't hot water in the shower. The staff didn't change the bed sheets and the towel, also the air conditioning was always very hot and the staff didn't change the temperature. The hairdryer worked very bad and the doors were block, there was only one bin for two separate toilet. There were holes in the wall and the bed was broken.

    This hostel is terrible, the rooms smell awful, the beds have loose screws, the mattresses, sheets, pillows and everything are covered in disgusting stains. When you complain they completely ignore you. It's called Trastevere because it's a storage room, and the bathrooms smell terrible.

    The hair dryer didn't work at all, neither did the AC and the shower, which was cold and had low pressure all 6 days.Also, our room was full of rust, as you can see in the photosFurthermore, when we wanted to complain about the conditions of the hostel, they refused to give us a complain sheet. We were asking all 6 days for them and they still didn't give them to us until last night, when we really complain.I would not recommend this hostel to anyone.

    Considering its a hostel this was clean, quiet, secure, and actually a great place to stay. We had a double room on the ground floor and it was brilliant.Staff were helpful, location was perfect.
