Far from city center but good and clean

The hotel was a little far away from city center but you can reach to city center by bus and subway. A bust stop was front of the hotel in the street. The location was too calm and some of the great malls were near the hotel like Decathlon and carrefour. For the first day you should get the hotel before 10 at night because after that there is no reception to answer you or check in you. We arrived at 11 and no one open the door we called the reception he was sleeping and after that he complained that it is too late to check in this is rule of the hotel. Breakfast was great and tasty. Security was good and you should open all of the door with a passkey. The rooms were so clean. Shower place was a little small but was okay

Good Day,Staff: is okayToilet : underground smells shower area needs repairs toilet flasher needs repair Toilet has space enough but the shower area is too smallRoom: is okBed and pillows: are very uncomfortablesBefore Check out, We have brought our Luggages into our Car ,Nobody was in the reception. As we went back to the room for the rest of the things to pick upand check out, someone (STAFF) went inside and checked.

Rooms were adequate, clean with comfortable beds.The down side it’s on a very busy road miles from anywhere that resembles Rome. There is NO BAR or restaurant ( just a breakfast room).One lovely receptionist (ilaria) who helped us negotiate our way around, the other receptionist was cold & unhelpful.You need to cross the busy road to catch a bus that takes you to the metro to go into Rome. You will need to purchase bus tickets from apparently the tobacconist several metres away, or reception as occasionally they have if they admit to having them.BEWARE you are way out of Rome, you will need transport.

Terrible MOTEL NOT A HOTEL TERRIBLE LOCATION

Terrible motel !!!This is not a hotel, at best it is a roadside lodge, terrible location next to a service station and in a very rundown area, and on a very busy main road. Tried to check in just after 2pm, reception was closed. no one answered the emergency number, called several times left messages no one bothered getting back to me. had to pay for another hotel closer to central Rome, it is 1 hour taxi to airport and 45 mins to center of Rome, no train station nearby. I spoke to lady in office next to hotel, who were probably the owners but denied and refused to contact someone to check me in, even informed me that it stated on the booking conformation that the reception was closed between 2pm and 4pm, how would they know that if they were not the owners. Do not stay here again it is not a HOTEL......

The front desk clerk put our passports in a cubbyhole to enter our information "at a later timer". Worse then that...that same man entered our room at 8:30 pm without knocking on our door or announcing. The door just swung open and there was a man looking at my daughters as they lay in bed. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I filed a complaint with the hotel and Hotels.com and they were not willing to refund. I think I am more worried this man was up to no good... Be careful
