We had a medical emergency a few weeks before our trip and contacted them immediately to see if there was any possibility of a refund, credit, or even partial accommodation. They refused to offer anything and handled the situation incredibly poorly. The staff were dismissive and rude throughout the process, showing zero empathy for a legitimate medical situation.Customer service like this speaks volumes about how little they value their customers. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking here.

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Rome termini.Location is excellent for sight seeing exhibition. Rooms are immaculately cleaned and all the essentials are there for you. Fridge in the room a reel nice touch.Staff were very pleasant, professional, kind and most importantly very helpful. In particular Asif was very helpful and kind to my family and I.Would totally recommend it and we'll be back when we are in Rome again.

Perfect in every way … except the bed.

The location is perfect. The front desk at checkin was friendly. The room is clean. We were not in the room much, and it was small, but served our needs perfectly. Everything is 5/5 … except the bed. My lord, what an uncomfortable bed. The “king size” bed is actually two thin twin mattresses pushed together on a very hard box. But otherwise, nothing but good things to say about this place.

The location is great (5 mins from train station!!), 20 mins to Piazza Venezia on foot and so quiet at nice!! The beds were great and the breakfast was sufficient. The staff was lovely and helpful and they had great tips if you want them to discover things around the city!

The location is great for the public transportation. The first impression getting off the taxi was a disappointment, as the street was dirty, have some street vendors, and it had a lot of noise. What a relieved when we stepped into the hotel and our room, everything was clean. I have to thank Nuria the front desk lady. She was more than helpful and very friendly. Shout out to the kitchen lady as she was very friendly. The only thing was the air conditioning wasn’t working until we complained and got fix. . On my return from Amalfi we return to Rome. We booked another a hotel that it was so dirty and smelled awful. I couldn’t stay there and returned to Amadeus for my last few days. I recommend it due to the staff!Melba
