Location

The hotel is strategically located in Rome, surrounded by the business zones in the south of the city. The bus station is around 300 m away and the railway station some 5 km. It is easily reachable from the Nuova Fiera di Roma trade fair grounds, Leonardo da Vinci - Fiumicino Airport (22 km) and the GRA (Rome ring road), yet also close enough to the major tourist attractions in the Eternal City.

Facility

    Quiet oasis out of the chaos of the centre

    Good hotel, in transition from the old to the new management, which is gradually improving several aspects of the property. The surrounding area is not the best, but you have a subway station nearby from which you can reach the center very quickly. Malso, if you go by car, the hotel has good parking facilities and it is quite easy to drive out of the city if you want to visit the surroundings of Rome. The staff is extremely nice, especially in the restaurant.     The hotel is situated in a rather desolate area in the armpit of two major roads, and by a rather scruffy car park, with various folks hanging around. So intitial impressions are not good. But as you enter the property itself things begin to improve. It is set in leafy grounds, and the hotel itself is well-maintained. The room I was given was pleasant and quiet. The breakfast was good. The hotel restaurant was not always open in the evenings, and opening hours of those nearby adhere to rigid Italian mealtimes. But there is a reasonable supermarket 15 mins walk away. The property is also 400 metres from a metro station where you can reach the city centre in 30 mins. Going the other way there are restaurants with more liberal opening hours 2 stops along. Overall, I found this a good place to stay for my business trip to Rome.     Spotless clean and friendly hotel

    Loved this hotel very peaceful and spotless and clean Beds so comfortable and pillows lovely cannot fault the place beautiful spacious room . Peaceful reception and pleasant friendly staff. Also next door is a religious institution of Saint Ann whereby we could attend evening Mass very convenient for us .

    I came to Rome for professional reasons and I was very impressed by the hospitality and professionalism of all the staff. My room was lovely, the restaurant was great. I will certainly come back on the next occasion!

    Stayed again at this hotel after several years. This hotel offers a suitable location according to what you have to do in Rome and where. There is also parking space that you can reserve at 5Eu/day; Metro Linea B has a stop at about 4 hundred meters distance and bus stop near by. In the room TV was out of order and shower arm could not stay on. To get into the hotel area, a bit off from the main road (it is a plus by the ay) you have to cross an empty space which, nigh time should be popular to couples consuming sex in the cars so the area is covered with used condoms and paper towels: hotel management should take care for cleaning.
