  Room 11, a good choice.

  Our room was the number 11, and the room is bigger than we thought. Air con works and all together it was a great choice for us. Location is very walkable from major attractions.

  Absolutely nightmare and the worst booking experience I have ever had

  At first, my most sincere suggestion to potential guests considering this property is to carefully review the lowest-rated comments. They are absolutely accurate and could help you avoid a similarly unpleasant experience. I would like to summarize my worst booking experience here:1. The room is completely different from the published photos on booking platforms, and it is absolutely terrible. The room has at least the following serious issues (shown in photos): a. The room is much smaller than expected. The bed (not large) takes 3/4 of the room and the bathroom is absolutely small. When sitting on the toilet, it is impossible to stretch your legs. b. The lighting in the room is very dim, ventilation is poor, and there is scaffolding right outside the window. To be honest, it feels more like a prison than a 3-star hotel, and even prisoners would likely complain about such conditions. c. The bed is extremely uncomfortable. There is only a dirty blanket that is not warm at all. The two pillows are not even of the same type, and the mattress is extremely hard. The hotel is at the first floor and I can clearly hear everyone walking on the street and the reception coughing outside.2. Fake propagada. As the room is totally different from photos online and the rate is suspeciously high, we believe they are all faked. The hotel explains they have a room similar to the photos publicated online, but we also doubt its real condition. If it is true, it is even more disguesting to have a model room to avoid the complaints, while other rooms are poor, which is a serious deceptive behavior.3. Late and rude reply. Facing these issues, we immediately found a substitute hotel as it was impossible to live there. When we return, there were no receptions and it was impossible to get in touch via provided whatsapp after 7pm!!! Can you imagine it is the reception of a so-called "3-star" hotel? We got the feedback the next day at 10am(!!!), only to have our refund request denied. One of their reasons is we are trying to save money and found a cheaper hotel. In fact, we pay more money to book a REAL "4-star" hotel to save my holiday at Roma.

  Perfect stay for birthday celebration

  Visited to celebrate my 60th birthday and all the team made it a very special time. The hotel has a great location to visit the sights of Rome. Breakfast was lovely and our room was perfect. Thank you to Camilla, Mattia, Priscilla, Davide and Resel for making our stay so special.

  Failure to receive a refund (even a relative one) despite a week's notice of cancellation

  we had a planned reservation for the dates 14-18/10 at the hotel.Since 07/10, we have sent several messages and attempts to cancel and receive some kind of refund, even a relative one, to the hotel, but they, without understanding and acceptance of the event, are not willing to give any refund (and this is a considerable amount!) even partial or an option of Wasser to be exercised at a later date, despite that all the circumstances were explained to them.What is certain is that if in the future we get to make the planned flight, I will not get there.
