    Stayed for a night before walking into Rome. Paid the same price the night before for a two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen & lounge compared to this room that was so tiny you could barely move around in it. The shower leaked from where it came out the wall leaving no pressure at all. All night we could here the people moving around in the apartment above us and from the room right next to us as well as cars driving up the drive over the speed bumps causing us to have basically no sleep. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

    Our room was not in the main building it was across from it. Our room faced onto the access road to the hotel. The room is very outdated with paint coming off the ceiling in the bathroom. And the decor was quite bad. The noise from above our room and outside managed to keep us awake most of the night. The reception staff were ok. This was our last night walking the Via Francigena and we had stayed in some very nice places along the way for a lot less.

    It's kinda weird looking for it from the street. Doesn't look the least like the photos, but once you discover you have to go up the little street it stars to make sense. Everything has pretty much been said. The staff are friendly, breakfast is more for the sweet loving people etc. I just want to mention, I wouldn't wanna go at night around the neighbourhood. It's got nothing to do with hotel itself but I would rather pick a cab next time.

    Overall satisfied with this hotel.....our first experience in Italy, staff was very helpful attended to all our needs and request.....although the hotel is away from the Vatican....staff informed us on the easy way by using the train system....for 1.50 euros one way great deal, better than using a car or cab.....large bathroom and has a king bed...small refrigerator.....satisfied with the breakfast although different than our Canadian habits of bacon and eggs......eggs are hard boiled.....area people were all very helpful......ice can't be purchased there but the bar owners accomodated us....they also arranged for achaufeur to bring us to the airport.....certainly contributed to a positive experience......thanks again...

    Excellent. Very organized, clean, perfect maid service. We were very well catered for. The attendant Matilda is very friendly and helpful. We recommend the hotel to everyone.Wonderful place to stay! We are thankfull for everything. We loved the place!
