    I went here for a trip. We were told that we would have to put the cards on our keys into a box on the wall to get electricity, we walk into the room and the box has fallen off the wall. We had to leave the bathroom light on to charge our phones because without that on we had no electricity at all. The shower was either boiling or freezing and the knob on the hot tap fell off. The floor was dirty and the pillows were stained. I came on here to write a review and looked at the pictures they put on here and was shocked. I honestly thought I was on the wrong hotel but I wasn't. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures and I would not recommend.

    Great Budget Hotel

    Having read the reviews on this hotel we were a little worried. However, we found our experience was a lot better than expected. We were travelling around Italy on a budget and this was a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. The facilities were perfectly reasonable and breakfast on the roof terrace was lovely. We had a slight leak on the aircon but this wasn’t a problem. Staff were all very pleasant!

    The hotel is better than I expected for the price.The room was not as clean as possible, but it was good.comfortable bed and pillow.the staff was excellent, they were there for anything to help.the location was good, close to the colosseum for almost 20 min and almost 15 minutes near the bus station.

    This is the complaint I made to booking. I honestly would tell everyone to avoid this place like the plague. Hi, can somebody please answer me as a matter of urgency please. I am currently staying in this hotel and there has been so many issues since arriving yesterday. Last night the electricity wouldn’t work and in the night the toilet had a leak which flooded the whole room. I had already advised them of this leak but we were woken to a man from reception screaming and banging our door down as the leak had travelled to the corridor unbeknownst to us as we were sleeping. He was screaming, aggressive and very intimidating. I don’t feel safe here as a young lady and asked if I could be refunded. They have said no but can offer us another room. They said to contact you about a refund, what can you do to help please? I am in a really vulnerable and tricky situation.The hotel refused to refund us as did booking. We were moved to another room which was tiny in comparison, no balcony and poor air conditioning. Not once were we offered any compensation, even a free meal (which I wouldn’t of took anyways, the place is filthy).

    First thing we noticed was that the toilet didn’t work as it should’ve. It didn’t flush properly. And if the flushing worked, water wouldn’t stop flowing. It kept flowing for hours. Literally. The toilet was working (pretty loudly) the entire first night and i didn’t even notice when it stopped.We realised in the evening that the light in the bathroom was not working. We had to use a flashlight on our phones when we were showering, brushing teeth, using the toilet etc. I saw in the hotel features that the rooms are soundproof. That is definitely not true. It didn’t bother us that much because we don’t have trouble falling asleep. But it’s not a good thing if the noise from other guests is bothering you.Food for breakfast was good. There weren’t really many options but there were enough.Beds were comfortable (even though they were stained).
