    Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff welcomed us with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel's central location was perfect—situated near the Spanish Steps with easy access to historic landmarks, all within walking distance.The building features elevators, which was a great convenience. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options and was more than adequate. On a beautiful day, enjoying breakfast on the terrace was particularly delightful. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

    Lovely and friendly receptionists! The location is perfect with everything a walk away which was ideal for us. It was ideal for a short 3 night stay and would return again purely because the location is exactly what you want in a city like Rome. Metro is also super close!! The rooms were dated and definitely need some renovation, especially the bathroom. Overall, decent hotel with great value for money, would recommend for a city short break! Thank you

    Very nice staff always happy and friendly very helpful. Hotel was very clean and in the perfect location next to all tourist spots such as the Trevi fountain Spanish steps, pantheon, lovely restaurants right across the road. It’s a lovely little gem if I come back to Rome I’ll definitely be staying back here. Taxi from airport is £40 no more this is a set price.

    Excellent hotel for your stay in Rome.

    We recently stayed at the Concordia Hotel, Rome for 3 nights/ 4 days to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We had a warm welcome from reception and we were allowed to leave our luggage with them as we had arrived early. This was a massive help as it enabled us to do a bit of sight seeing.When we went to our room, we were pleasantly surprised to find that a bottle of Prosecco and a lovely hand written card wishing us a wonderful anniversary. We thought that this was a kind and thoughtful gesture from the staff.Even though the room was quite small , it was spotless and well presented. The shower worked well and kept a constant temperature. Yes! the lift is small , but, it fits two people inside it. It wasn't a problem to us .All the staff at the hotel were lovely .We would however, like. to give a special mention and our thanks to Matea on the front desk and Nikola who works on the rooftop terrace . Each day / evening they went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was extra special . They were very friendly towards us, and by the end of our stay we thought of them more like friends which made us feel a bit sad leaving to come home.We would highly recommend this hotel due to the excellent staff and the great location, as it is central to all of the tourist attractions, shops and restaurants.If we should return to Rome in the future we would defiantly stay at this hotel again.John & Tracey room 101.

    Whilst the location was good and accepting that the price was low for the location, this small hotel was not to the standard we would expect from accomodation for a one week stay. First room was economy and not suitable for anything other than an overnight stay, basically a place to sleep, very small almost box room size with small window looking out onto the backs of other buildings, which were very tall and dark with utility piping giving off fumes when window was open. Upgraded to a standard room at additional cost. Still small but street view with limited wardrobe space.One person at a time elevator. Steep spiral staircase which is difficult to negotiate for older pensioner age people. Good points. Generally clean. Friendy and competant room servicing staff. Air Conditioning was included and very necessarh when we visited. Breakfast adequate and sufficient but rather inexperienced staff. Reception staff unfriendly. Local to major sites.A learning experience. Basically if you know what to expect on arrival then you will not be dissapointed. Photos on website show the higher specification rooms so it would be good to ask before you book.
