    Boutique Hotel located near the Spanish steps

    Perfectly located near the Spanish steps, this boutique Hotel delivers exquisite service and goes above and beyond whenever possible. The rooms are spacious and some have balconies with beautiful views of the Roman roof rooftops. I cannot recommend this hotel, highly enough! Great value and service for the money.

    Location is fabulous! We’ve stayed here three times now, travelling from Canada. So just that says a lot! I was slightly disappointed this time when I inquired months ahead to reserve I asked if there were two large balcony rooms I could reserve. I was told yes, Both also the same price as they’re superior. When I checked in I find out they only have one large terrace room and the other.. I wouldn’t even say it is a balcony... No chairs or table can even fit out there. It’s a Juliet balcony. You can only stand one person on it. If I knew that I would have just booked the cheaper room for the second as they didn’t even compare. It was disappointing especially as a repeat customer. Regardless. It is a great location, clean rooms and lovely staff

    Excellent: clean, comfortable, near everything. You can walk everywhere: Piazza di Spagna, Spanish Steps, Via Condotti, Via del Corso, etc. We took the metro from Roma Termini to Spagna, then walked for 2 minutes. You can walk everywhere from the hotel. The staff is amazing: I do not remember everyone's names (sorry), but Daniele, Alessandra, Elisa, Linda, and EVERYBODY are super friendly and helpful. The shower is the best, the bed is so comfortable, and I loved the pillows. We will be back for sure. The rooms are well soundproof because you are in the middle of everything, but you do not hear any noise in your room. The hotel is clean, elegant, and comfortable. The value for money is perfect.

    Good morning everyone,I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Ms. Alessandra at the reception of Condotti Hotel. I encountered a problem, and it was resolved with great professionalism. She has a truly wonderful human touch.I would also like to praise this hotel, as it is one of the most beautiful in terms of location and the quality of service. I express my deep gratitude, as Alessandra was part of my beautiful trip to Rome.Long live Italy and its respectful people.

    This hotel was in a great location, easy to walk to all sites. Our room was really dissapounting. It was so small, you had to walk round the bed side ways and the window opened onto the bed. It would suit a soli traveller but not a couple. The air con wasent on so it was very warm. When asking at reception about this i was told it didnt go on till Summer! It advertised a roof top bar and terraces, these werent open either . Reception wasent very helpful ie lack off information, for to be a 4 star and the price you pay its not worth it.
