  Noisy and nasty

  This was an awful experience for me and my colleague (2 rooms, 6 nights). The rooms are horrendous and uncomfortable (last renovated in 1989 according to the owner). The carpets are nasty, the bedding old and uncomfortable, the bathrooms have scum and rust sediments leftover from decades of guests and poor/no maintenance, the toilet had its paint ripped off and the shower door was broken and half replaced with a molded curtain. The accommodation was really a shame.The nightclub downstairs (Flamingo) was a nightmare that prevented me and my colleague from sleeping every single night. Despite wearing earplugs, I could hear the loud music playing downstairs (and feel its vibrations through my bed) and the noise from people hanging out outside the nightclub until late at night. The hotel's front desk is unmanned and the owner shows up on request. He is a polite individual, but unfortunately his good manners do not make up for an awful experience that was quite expensive (100 euro per night per room in low season). I feel deceived as this felt more like a 1-star than a 3-star hotel. Would not recommend at all.

  Lovely hotel

  We visited this hotel for 5 nights for our first time in Rome and had a lovely time. The hotel was easy to find, clean and very friendly from the second we entered. The bedroom was lovely a really comfy bed and was away from the hustle of the city but 3 stops on the bus from the centre of Rome! Around 10 mins. Have recommended to friends who are coming to Rome in the next few weeks. There's a cafe next door that do gorgeous pastries and coffee as the hotel doesn't offer breakfast. If your looking for a good value for money hotel, clean and local to everything you want to see this is the one!

  Under construction noises starting at 8 am. Bedroom and bathroom are basic. TV and safe box not working, it doesn't have bar in the room. Wi-Fi not working all the time. Bad services, basic breakfast, good location. It doesn't worth it. If you want to sleep properly take anther option.

  Nice hotel a bit far from the crowd..yet close to everything by bus

  Nice clean cosy hotel with a nice environment..very close to center of Rome only 15 20 min by bus... no breakfast available but there's a coffee place right next to ir that offers a great cappuccino and croissant. Far from the loud voices.located in A nice street good for a morning/evening walk..2 supermarkets near the hotel (3min walk)

  Clean room but tiny, comfortable bed, hot water, wifi in rooms (though it's not mentioned), location is far from Rome central (30min by bus) but it's in a very nice neighborhood, staff are friendly. on the reception, they only speak Italian
