  Hotel ia terrible , elevator is headache location is good near Terrini station. Hsk attendand doining good job. But managment is zero, everywhere insect especially cockroachs... I have phoots Some reseption local ledies' attidiut toward to turist is poor and arrogant. Never and ever recommend this hotel.Heating system is working only 6 hours, be carefull you can get ill because of cold in the room.

  The hotel and our room are not clean , there Is a shared bathroom and no fridge in our room, the fridge in the lobby Smells terrible

  OK hotel for price in city centre

  I ended up here after another hotel cancelled our booking and Hotels.com offered this instead. When I eventually saw the reviews on Trip Advisor I was a bit worried as the rating was worse than Hotels.com . The room (107) though was OK, it had its own bathroom (not all do) and was reasonably clean. They cleaned and made the beds every day. The shower was a bit of a challenge with going from too hot to cold with just the slightest adjustment. The room was on 1st floor looking over a street with a tram and restaurant. Being in the city centre it was of course quite noisy if you had the windows open. With our booking breakfast was not included so was 10€ extra if you wanted it. We decided it was more fun and probably better to go out and find breakfast although this in many cases then cost a little more. An added bonus was a safe in the room. There were mainly 3 people at reception 1 friendly, another indifferent and a 3rd who gave the impression he would rather be somewhere else. Overall for the price I thought it was OK. In the summer I would definitely go a bit more upmarket and look for a place with air conditioning in the rooms. Almost forgot other big advantage is location , so close to main train station.

  I am writing to express my bad experience in this hotel. The hotel did not inform me the fan was broken on the ceiling. The room condition was extremely bad and I almost suffocated inside my room. Toilet was really dirty, toilet cover with secretion. Super noisy background, you can hear the traffic noise from your room and people partying outside. This was an extremely bad experience, ended up in changing hotel.

  First of all the transfer to the hotel from airport dropped her about 15 mins from the location with limited directions On arrival the reception staff were not very welcoming and did not give us any information about the facilities in the hotel, we also then discovered that we had a shared bathroom. On entering the stair well the building stank of old hospital type cooking and was shabby and dirty. There is a very old lift otherwise the stairs were the option, we were on the third floor There was rubbish on view and half decorated botched jobs everywhere wall paper hanging off, in the room was again wall paper peeling off walls and the wardrobe looked like rats had chewed the wood. To open window you had to live furniture around, tv was like something from the 80s, no wifi and corroded sinks But we thought ok it’s just a bed but then on the first night we were kept constantly awake but school kids who appeared to be a school group hotel we didn’t sleep the entire 4 nights and repeated complained, doors slamming kids screaming all night these were teenagers and what was worse was that the teacher was on the 5th floor away from the chaos so we had to deal with the school group. I question when booked so in advance we were placed in that room with endless school trips and the teachers were on different floors. The staff were not bothered and could care either, more interested in us returning a 20p biro we borrowed to write a birthday card The shared bathroom was full of corroded taps and mould too awful place The whole stay was awful and be warned do not stay there We are not fussy people but all we asked was a bed to sleep and be rested for our days exploring
