    Basic, well located, very clean hotel.The staff is really good and kind.Hotel is spotless.Very well located. Breakfast is basic.Rooms are very dated and not looked after even though whole hotel is very clean. Aircon didn't work well.Safe provided, not charge.Internet work good.Very small TV and small fridge in the room.Toiletries provided really good with slippers.The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the furniture of the hotel were very old and scruffy.

    It was an above expectation experience. The personnel was very kind and helpful, they even allowed us to store the baggage there even after the check-out (as we had our plane late in the afternoon).The room was nice, rather small but enough space for us two girls. But it was surely clean and neat and well equipped, so we had a peasant stay there.It is quite close to Termini, but the neighbourhood was actually quite and safe. Very accessible to awesome attractions and from a walkable distance from the historic centre. If you don't like to walk that much, there are plenty of buses that go everywhere you need, even a direct line to Trastevere.All in all, the hotel was great, we'd return here for sure.Cons: the breakfast was not great, sorry, not many options of food. This is the only reason I gave 4/5.

    Room was old fashioned but tidy and clean with enough space. Bathrom also. Stuff was polite. Location is great. I would recomand

    We have only spent 1 of 5 nights here, and we all hope it is the last, because the treatment of the staff is terrifying, very aggressive, in a single night they have already blamed us for things we have not done, they have beaten us one of the security guards opened the door in a very aggressive manner and with very bad treatment. On the other hand, the rooms are tiny, using a double room to which they add two mattresses, as if it were a room for 4 people, or a mattress as if it were for three people. There is no water in many of the rooms and where there is little it comes out and it is exchanged between hot and cold. In conclusion, a hotel experience that I wouldn't wish on to anyone.

    The room didn't look anything like in the photos, the room we got assigned was on on the 5th floor, where outside the window we had was a device that made noise until around 10 pm, the beds were not good, one of them was a portative bed which made the person who slept there unsafe and could not feel comfortable. It has terrible lightning, the staff was good and welcoming, the breakfast was okay, but it included mostly sweets.
