Location

This hotel lies just a short distance from the Cinecittà film studios within paces of links to the public transport network. The centre of Rome where guests will discover an array of shopping venues is 20 minutes drive away whilst the nearest beach is an hour's drive from the hotel. Naples can be reached by car in 2 hours and it is some 4 km to Ciampino airport, and 25 km to Fiumicino airport.

Facility

The hotel has 70 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Complimentary newspapers are available. A business centre with fax machine and projector is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is among the standard amenities of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a queen-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a refrigerator included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well.     Great check-in experience and they ordered a taxi for us booked us a table in the restaurant downstairs which was excellent probably one of the nicest meals we’ve had on our holiday.Breakfast was good great selection and reception staff booked us a taxi to take us to the airport really really good and I would recommend this hotel if you need to stay prior to flying .     Long commute but worth it.

    The hotel is fairly far from the city centre, however, they have a free shuttle which leaves at 8:15, 9:15 and 10:15 (you need to book it) which takes you to a convenient Metro station (we bought the 3 day metro pass for €18, it was very simple and made getting around the city easy)The hotel itself is perfect, however.The pool is open until 22:00, as is the reasonably priced restaurant.The rooms were clean and spacious, the air con was great and the balconies were a good size.The staff were very helpful and kind, we would definitely stay here again despite the long commute.     Cannot fault the food or the rooms. Staff were very, very helpful, and the shuttle was great, too. WiFi was great, with no issues, room was up to date and with a comfortable bed. I had some questions regarding places we wanted to go to within Rome centre, and staff at reception was amazing, showing me on the map and talking me through the whole experience to get to them. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, but we knew that before booking. The room was very clean. My wife is a cleaner, so you can guess what she did when we arrived. lol, she didn't find anything wrong. Yes, the hotel is a little put in the sticks, but please don't let that bother you. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the local metro station where you can purchase an underground ticket from €1.50 to get into the centre of Rome.If you miss the last shuttle, there are plenty of taxis about it, and the cost is €10 to get back to the hotel. What can I say loved the hotel.....     what a wonderful place to stay, very quiet and relaxing with staff happy to help you. The staff was what really made the ambience so inviting. The front desk person made a differences was Perla whose great knowledge about Rome and the subway system, a job well done. In the dinning room was Laura was very friendly and happy with her job, it made guest very happy with their surroundings. Thank so very much Laura. Then there was the hard working Ciprian always with a smile and happy to see you. Our experience at Deuropa was one we would to like to experience again!!!!!     To be avoided at all costs! Place should be made illegal

    Places like this are a disgrace to Rome. Its a dump to put it mildly. Place is falling apart, you can practicallly hear next door neighboors pee and the toilet flush was keeping us awake, we found a used towel on the floor the moment we walked in the room, we had to tell our kids to play ‘the floor is lava’ so that they didnt walk around bare feet as the floor looked disgusting, very expensive-definitely not worth the €200 a night, night staff not the most polite,…and so the list continues. Thank God we only had to stay for half a night as we took a very early flight back home. Dont think we would have made it even an hour more. We believe that you have chosen our structure due to its proximity to the Ciampino airport, regarding the prices compared to all the other hotels we have very low and convenient prices and this is also why you have selected it. As for the room, the floors are parquet and have a light and dark color, I doubt they have been dirty. Having also left very early the next day, you were not able to use all the other services we offer, such as the restaurant for dinner, breakfast and our swimming pool.
