    Loved my stay at the hotel. Staff was very helpful. They delivered a baby crib when I requested it. And they also held onto my bags after checkout free of charge. The power did go out for a few minutes. The first night, but other than that, I enjoyed the hotel. and they also spoke English.     Comfortable hotel in central location

    Hotel is well located, close to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona and just around the corner from the Argentina bus stop from where there are frequent buses to Colosseum, Vatican etc. The hotel itself is on a small side street and might be easy to miss as the sign outside is small. Reception is on the 1st floor (lift available) but is only open until 8.30pm. We were provided with a key for the front door for returning later in the evening and the rooms themselves are opened with a barcode fob or with your mobile phone. The room was very comfortable with a large bed, lots of pillows/cushions and air-conditioning/heating. Bathroom was a good size. The hot water for the shower takes a few minutes to come through but once it does all is well. We had an issue with the safe as we locked it but could not reopen it. On the 2nd request reception very quickly came to open it manually, although we didn't risk using it again for fear of not having our valuables when needed.Staff were all very friendly and assisted with booking airport transfers - €65 one way to/from Fiumicino. We were also able to safely store our bags on arrival and departure. Check in is at 2pm (although our room was not ready until nearer 3pm - was not a big issue as we went to have a late lunch) and check out is 11am.Breakfast is available but we had not booked this and chose to get breakfast on our way out sightseeing at a local cafe.Altogether would recommend for a reasonably priced comfortable hotel in such a central location.     Location!!! This hotel is everything in terms of great location. It’s city central historic Rome, so room is, as expected, small; and bathroom is tiny. Neither bothered us. We had a very pleasant stay. It was clean, comfortable, and the AC was pleasant. Breakfast is wonderful. The lady that serves the breakfast is so sweet. The front desk staff, Daniele, was wonderful. Very attentive, and respectful. We would definitely stay there again in a future trip to Rome.     Wonderful accommodations close to the Pantheon

    We were looking for a hotel for 2 days so we could take a quick trip to Rome and visit our favorite site, the Pantheon. This hotel more than fit the bill. The room was lovely, the building was secure, the staff was helpful, and it was only a short walk to the Pantheon and great restaurants.
