    Complaint about accommodation. Anyone staying there experiences extreme discomfort and distress due to the accommodation conditions.The bed is 80 cm long, and there is no blackout.We requested a street view when booking, and unfortunately, the view was very poor.The air conditioning almost stopped working.The minibar was very weak, and when we inquired, housekeeping said all minibars in the hotel should be replaced because they are weak.The receptionist was rude, loud, and arrogant.When we asked about a room change, they said they didn't have one.We requested a bill for one night and a ticket for the rest of the stay because the hotel was not up to standard. They said no refunds would be given.There is no responsible manager to speak to.

    This hotel is perfectly located at the edge of the train district so you are close enough to walk to the station but far enough away to avoid the intense crowds and touristy stuff directly around the terminal. The rooms are small but perfect. Very authentic in terms of old world charm. The mattress was great and the staff was very helpful.

    I went with my family to celebrate my Birthday. The over all experience I had in this hotel was super amazing. Must mention Laura and Rebecca for their unwavering efforts to make my trip a very comfortable one. The rooms were great specially the suite I was shifted to since I needed a bigger room. The toilets were nice and the overall atmosphere was lovely.

    Came with school and had a pretty shocking experience. The wall plugs were blocked so we had to unplug the TV to charge anything, and the walls were covered in torn plaster and damage. The shower had no curtain or anything, making it impossible not to flood the bathroom. Beds weren't bad to be fair though.The breakfast was not bad, but sweet items like filled croissants were good. The boiled egg yolks were partly green. Do not recommend.

    shocking hotel rooms were tiny, no shower curtain/ glass, only one plug socket in a 2 person room i would not recommend. only good part was the beds were decent with good covers snd comfortable mattresses but overall really bad hotel dont go for your own sake
