    Small functional room in great location

    Our room was small but it was nice and modern. We couldn’t get the air conditioning to work but as it wasn’t at a warm time of year we could just open our balcony window. The balcony was an unexpected surprise and it was nice to have the outdoor space given the room was on the smaller side. One of the most disappointing things about the hotel was the lack of in room coffee and tea making facilities. A kettle would’ve been most appreciated. There was a free coffee machine downstairs between 7am and 10am but unfortunately the coffee was not pleasant and came in a little plastic cup. There are no breakfast or bar facilities within the hotel itself but being in the city there are a number of places nearby. The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring Rome and there is a number of attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, they kept our bags for us on the day we checked out and they also rung us a taxi to take us to the train station. Overall, I would reccomend staying here for short stays.

    This hotel was so lovely. Great location for a city break and a beautiful room and bathroom. Staff are extremely helpful and kind. Can’t fault it!

    Awesome location, very comfortable rooms and facilities. 10 min walk to the colosseum, 10 mins form Trevor Fountain. 45 min walk to the Vatican. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Very live staff too.

    This was my 3rd time staying at this small, wonderful hotel in the heart of Rome. The rooms are comfortable and housekeeping does a great job keeping the rooms clean and well stocked with toiletries. Because of its location in a small alleyway off the main street, it’s very quiet at night. Everyone at the front desk is friendly and helpful with any questions or suggestions. The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, but coffee and tea is offered in the morning, and steps away are places to get a pastry.

    The hotel is small but amazingly cozy and clean, once you get to the room it's very clean with adequate toiletries, and they pay attention to the details. The staff are kind especially Adel at the reception he was super helpful, he gave me amazing suggestions about restaurants and places to visit. The location of the hotel is convenient and is a walking distance from most of must-see touristic attractions. This trip wasn't planned so I had to book my stay in the very last minute at hotel Mancino 12. There was a problem with my booking, I've sent an email to the property and they were very responsive and helped with changing the booking two days ahead. Next time I visit Rome I am definitely staying at the same place. One bad thing about the place, the pillows are not very comfortable, I didn't ask to change them, to be fair.
