    Stayed 2 nights before a cruise. Clean room and bathroom. Excellent service from everyone. All staff were very kind, helpful and we felt very welcome here. Secure and safe hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast. Croissants and cappuccino were delicious. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Short cab ride to main attractions. Walking distance to some attractions if you are physically fit to walk 20-30 minutes. . Appreciated they held our luggage securely before checking in and after checkout. A convenience type store next door which we visited several times. Felt safe walking around hotel after dark. Air conditioning was a huge plus. Close to train station.

    Near the station, clean, and suitable for a night's rest, that's my conclusion, but the room wasn't anywhere near as nice as the pictures online, whereas the room I stayed in a few years ago was actually quite similar. Check in was on the 5th floor, but our room was on the 4th floor, where it said Hotel Argentina was based... the room was clean, but old, the curtain hanging in the bathroom was in a sorry state- the kind of thing you don't really want to touch. The tiny elevator holds 2 people, or 1 person and 1 case. Breakfast was brought to the room at a pre-arranged time- a very sweet croissant and tea or coffee. Check out is at 10am and not a minute later, after which they'll keep your bag, but for a Euro, which seems like an unnecessary addition.

    Just okay but a little disappointing!

    The information and description of this hotel on the booking sites and their website is inaccurate. There is not a restaurant, bar, lounging area or gathering area in the hotel as is listed on the site description. Breakfast is delivered to your room, consists of croissant, coffee and juice which you have to eat sitting on the bed. The rooms are pretty stark but clean. We booked two rooms for our party of 5 and were originally on floor one and floor 5. The second day, hotel management was able to get us together on floor 5. They were very accommodating! We were pretty disappointed but the location was good (and outside the ZTL) for walking to all the wonderful attractions in Rome.

    This is not a fancy luxurious hotel but it is super clean , comfortable well positioned and the staff are kind and helpf

    We arrived early on Friday morning and the staff allowed us an early check in . The hotel is 5 minute walk from the train station from where you can get a direct train to the airport . The room was a family room , quite well proportioned , super clean and comfortable . The beds allowed us a great nights sleep . It is very easy to get to all the tourists destinations and you can buy your ticket for the tourists bus in the hotel . The hotel brought a light continental breakfast to the room at a chosen time . The only disadvantage is that it didn’t have a breakfast room . However there was a lovely cafe 5 mins walk away . The staff were so kind and helpful and I took a card because I would definitely go back there again .

    My daughter and I stayed at this hotel in September 2024, unfortunately due to having no privacy in the shower area, we could not shower both days. We brought this up to the front desk attention but they did not fix the curtain. The curtain was all wrinkled and not covering the big window in our room so both sides were opened and people from the front window could easily see us when we use the bathroom. We were two female and this made us feel very unsafe. I have pictures of the curtain and can send it to you if you need. We had to keep the lights off while going to the bathroom, washing our hands or washing our feet which was very uncomfortable and unsafe since we could not really see what we were doing and this posed a huge slipping risk as we had to keep the area dark.
