This city hotel is located near Termini railway station and is an ideal location from which to explore the attractions of the city, such as the Piazza di Spagna or the Castel Sant’Angelo. It is about 20 km to Rome Ciampino airport and some 30 km to Rome Fiumicino airport.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1880. Guests have a choice of 3 junior suites, 8 suites and 63 double rooms located in two 4-storey buildings with lifts. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Excellent accommodation near Roma Termini so very handy for train travel and in fact walking distance to most of Rome’s significant sights to see & do. Our room was clean, the bed very comfortable and.we were kindly offered an upgrade to a room with a balcony.The staff (all of them) were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.Certainly recommend this hotel when visiting Rome.

    The location is excellent — close to the metro station, Termini railway station, and shuttle buses, yet in a quiet area. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained and very clean. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. Breakfast is very good !The reception is closed from 23:00 to 07:00, but you receive a code for the main door. There are security cameras + they have contact phone 24/7, as well as assistance from their partner hotel next door.The reception and cleaning staff are helpful! Recommended!     We stayed at Hotel Milani for one night when our flight out of Rome was cancelled. Everything else near Termini was booked solid, but we got the last room. Location is excellent, easy to get to Termini for trains and Metro, lots of good restaurants nearby, and a well-lit neighborhood at night. Thais at the front desk was particularly helpful in finding us a room and getting us a to-go breakfast on departure since we left before the breakfast opened. The room was clean, quiet and reasonably sized, and the bed was comfortable.     The room was small but generally comfortable. The highlight was the fantastic breakfast, offering a wide variety of choices, including fresh vegetables and cheeses. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Roma Termini Station. Safety seemed fine overall, though a few streets leading to the hotel were somewhat unclean.     My sister and I stay in this hotl. We're currently on our 2nd day here & we've to say, everything has been perfect so far! The hotel is comfortable and well-kept, and the customer service has been outstanding. One of the front desk staff members (Basma) has gone above & beyond to make sure everything is just right. The hotel price is reasonable. The location is very convenient and close to one of the biggest and busiest railway station in the C ity. We still have 1 more night left, but so far, I personally couldn't be more pleased with my stay. Highly recommend this hotel!"
