The hotel is situated just 1 km from Via Veneto and just 3.6 km from the Spanish Steps. The Castro Pretorio underground station can be reached within a 15-minute walk. Places of interest in the surrounding area include the Vatican Museums, 10 minutes’ drive away, and the Teatro dell'Opera di Roma, which is 1.4 km away. The Trevi Fountain is 1.7 km from the hotel.

Facility

54 rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops as well.     Great stay in the heart of Rome

    I recently stayed at Hotel Oxford for a couple of days during a business trip, and it was an excellent experience. The location is absolutely perfect. It's within easy walking distance of major attractions, transportation hubs and great local restaurants. The room was spotlessly clean, very quiet, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep.. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my entire stay. The complimentary breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of fresh fruit, pastries, and hot options. I highly recommend Hotel Oxford and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

    The hotel is in a quiet location but within easy walking distance to the centre and attractions. Excellent friendly staff, good breakfast. Being a city hotel it's of course quite compact but everything is there that you need.Happily use it again.

    From the moment we walked through the door we received a warm welcome.The receptionist was very helpful. Our large suitcases were taken to our rooms. My husband and I had a room next to our daughters, which was perfect.Room and bathroom was spotless .Good location, 15/20 walk into the main attractions.We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment, but had drinks at the bar. Again good service and pleasant staff.Check out day was very smooth, received excellent service. We left our suitcases behind the desk as we had a late afternoon flight. When we arrived back , reception called a taxi for us to go to the airport , which was €55 , cheaper than when we arrived. It was €65 on arrival.Loved Rome, lots of walking. But managed nicely. Lovely staff at hotel Oxford, can’t fault a thing. Thank you

    Staff very welcoming…. But when it came to night time someone was running up and down the corridor quite annoying!! Went on for hours food was lovely we ate a few times for an evening meal the breakfast was fabulous!! Disappointing no tea and coffee facilities.
