    You should be able to do better

    We were disappointed in this hotel. The reception staff were unfriendly. They failed to give us a parcel from our tour company which we needed. The room was dreary. The position wasn’t great though it was very close to the metro on the line for the Colosseum. The grumpy guy at reception told us to get off after 3 stops. It was 5 stops.

    There is not so much sunshine in the room, there is a window but it is blocked by bars, so a little bit depressing … The reception and clean man are nice, I like them. But the guys working in the kitchen are rude. I have been to 12 countries in Europe and 5 cities in Italy, it was the first time that I was told there are limited times that customers can fetch food. I see no written rules or regulations, I was told, stopped face to face twice. If you do care, pin some notices beside, make it a rule, or provide set menu for customers. It was funny and ridiculous I have to say.

    I can hear people from another room like in my own like a tv here extremly scary,image family with children ! So no sleep at 11:07. The recepcion pick up phone but dosent speak any English!!! They without problem tell you no ! I called and I ask for pizza & no 3 x was her answer (it was 5 pm not 7pm take away isnt open before 7 pm ) they promised taxi day before 20 min before we called taxi you be thete! There was no taxi i missed my £150 day tour Rome in a day ! No apology no nothing He lied He didnt said that !!!! No for printing information with airport metro transfer i asked 15 times insted He took my phone without permission and than screenshoot !!!! This is not what I wanted !!!!!! I hate them !!! Close to metro and wifi hood, but hard not comfortable bed and rude recepcion!!!!! Cleaner is good but pizza box is never out,2nd day !!!!

    There is nothing I can say good about this place. 30 steps inside just to get to floor with elevator, my room was tiny, noisy from the hall and room next door sounded like person above was moving furniture all night. Bath towels, well non existent just tiny bits of cloth smaller than a bath mat and one was disgusting, pic attached. Wouldn't stay here again!

    The most serious problem was that there was no hot water for 2 days of our stay in the middle of winter. During those days, they did not find any solution to this situation, they said it was a general problem. After talking to another guest, we discovered that the water in his room was bearable, it wasn't hot but it was much better than ours, which was really cold and didn't heat up at all. After two days, and after many visits to reception, we were moved to another room where the water was bearable. It was only on our last night that we had hot water.To add to this horrible experience, the bed linens were ragged, and the walls in the rooms were very dirty! Unacceptable for a three star hotel.We will also leave the opinion on the other platforms so that future guests know where they are going.
