Location

This hotel is centrally located in Rome's inner city, just a few paces from the main train station, "Stazione Termini". It is the ideal location from whence to begin extended sightseeing or shopping tours of the city, with sights such as the Colosseum, "Foro Romano" and the "Piazza Venezia" with the palace and the national monument just a few minutes walk away. The airport is some 20 km away and there is a free shuttle bus service available on request (40 minutes driving time).

Facility

50 rooms, including 9 single rooms and 20 double rooms, are available to guests in a 4-storey main building and a 5-storey auxiliary building. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     Location really good, easy to explore the city. Atmosphere cozy and the staff is so friendly. Room was small but just enough for sleeping. Value for the money is excellent. I am sure to come back also next time. Thank you🩷

    Disappointing hotel experience

    I stayed at this hotel, the first week in April and was a very disappointing experience. The AC in the room didn't work, the safe was broken, there was no coffee making facilities, not even a kettle. The bar was not in use and clearly had not been for a long time. The photographs on their web site are old pictures, I would say at least 5 years, probably more like 10. The hotel does not misrepresent themselves and certainly does not deserve '3 Stars'. I reported this to my booking agent (Expedia) but did not get a reply.

    Don't stay here! I can't believe this is a 3 star hotel. Sleep is impossible as the air-conditioning was not switched on and the room was boiling hot. If you open the window it is so noisy all night you can't sleep anyway. I love a firm mattress but these beds were like slabs of concrete. My daughter went to open the bathroom door and the handle literally fell off in her hand and another shelf in the bathroom was hanging by a thread. We barely slept for the three nights we were there and with the exception of one lovely gentleman, the reception staff especially the lady were rude and dismissive with no customer service skills whatsoever. Breakfast is really basic and not worth getting up for. The only positive thing I can say is that it is in a good location, close to the station. I have stayed in 1 star hotels that were significantly better than this. If you want to enjoy rome after a good night's sleep avoid at all costs!

    The staff was great, shout out to Marco, at reception, who made us feel at home. The breakfast staff was also very friendly and helpful. The rooms were decent and always very clean. We had two rooms booked for Christmas !week, and our party was made up of six, including children. People who complained/gave a bad review booked a 3 star hotel and expected 5 star facilities. The location is great as it is well served by public transport, especially considering how chaotic transport in Rome is.

    A hotel worth choosing for it's location, cleanliness, good breakfast and most of all the nice staff. Marco, who is very friendly, at reception goes out of his way to help out.We will definitely go there again.
