This family-run, centrally located hotel is situated close to Porta Maggiore square, approximately 400 m from the Termini train station. From here, it is just a short walk to the pleasant park.     We needed to stay one night close to the Termini Station. This Hotel got terrible reviews, but we needed a place and we decide to try. Just a bad move. The reviews were absolutely right, unfortunately. Small and smelly room, no hot water. Breakfast included, it seemed a good deal... Until we found out that the quality was very low. Receptionist Joana was nasty and unfriendly. One of the worst Hotels i've ever seen.

    This hotel is renovated, in quiet and safe enviroment in the center of the city. I like very much the enterior decoration of boutoque hotel, the proffesional and kind stuff personel. Easter day was celebrated and the visitors came from all over the world. The breakfast is exceptional: big variety of fruits, cakes, egg meals, greek yougurt, juicese with options for vegan and gluten feee meal. We really enyoed the stay in this comfortable and spotless clean hotel. I reccomend this hotel for trip to Rome.

    This is the perfect place if you are into dirty bed sheets (one of them also had a bloodstain on them), if you think it is cool to find hair on the carpet and if you think that functional are an optional…To sum up: a horrendous experience in this “hotel”. If it were at all possible to give negative stars this would be a good place to do that

    Good location, positive stuff, very helpful and kind personnel. Unfortunately some quests making hard noise, talking beating, etc. not possbible to sleep for the nights.most of the Photos of the hotel are not real.Small room, no chair or table.Good breakfast.

    If I could I would give them no stars. They advertised air conditioning, but our 2 rooms were almost 95 degrees in them with no working A/C they would not move our rooms, there were 5 of us and we all got extremely ill from the heat. They said they would refund some of the money they never did and they have ignored all efforts to correct the problem. Don't trust them or their employees.
