    I have known this structure for years, but unfortunately I have to note that the level has dropped dramatically. What was once a landmark in Colleferro, today appears neglected and decidedly undertone. It was a very disappointing experience, in many ways, to the point that I prefer not to say anything else.     Shower unusable, strong jet, central, all plugged by limestone, there was no way to change the water jet on it was sharp, poor breakfast without croissants and nothing fresh only packaged products even the pies were packed dirty tables broken chairs at least my table was 7:55 so not even think that the order had been consumed room 120 Originally submitted in Italian on www.tripadvisor.it.     The arrival at the hotel is not the best... they did not have my reservation (then found) bad business card! They give me the room (a huge room adapted to the room) and I am forced to open the windows for the bad smell, I complain to the reception lady and she tells me that they have no other solutions (I have to settle is the unspoken message!) at breakfast I find the handyman and blameless Lorenzo who makes a huge effort to keep up with all the customers xche alone completely, he has to divide himself between preparing breakfasts (all those present incredulous xche clearly in difficulty), then he was absent to wash the dishes... (in the end I opted to have a coffee in the autogrill), we take our luggage and go to the reception for checkout, I wait in vain and then I decide to ring the bell... finally someone arrives who is not just any... is Lorenzo “breakfast” absurd but true! A handyman who could not keep up with anything (said with regret...xthat it is not his fault!) DEFINITELY DISAPPOINTING! TO BE AVOIDED Originally submitted in Italian on www.tripadvisor.it.     Noisy teenagers in the evening..

    Room is a good size, bed was firm but ok, 4 nice pillows which helped to make me have a better sleep. The bar area was swamped with teenagers & were loud so stopped me from wanting to use it but once you closed the door to ya room you blocked the noise off. Had the set menu for €15 & I have to say it was not bad apart from the pork in the bone being a bit dry on one side.. Staff are great & spoke English .. Breakfast was standard layout with cakes (way too early for cakes!) no hot food that I could see.. Would I use again? Yes, it's great value for money..
