    I chose this hotel based on its location which is literally few steps away from the main train station. The pictures you see on their website and on other booking websites are giving a flattering picture. It looked just dated. The rooms and linen are literally worn out, the breakfast quality is poor. The 4 stars do not correspond to the standards, it is overall an old and scratched structure. Considering the current status it is overpriced. I was disappointed, I would not recommend, and won’t go back.

    This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. Layer of dust covering every surface. A USED nicotine pouch in the sink when we got into our room. A leak from the ceiling dripping on our beds. Bugs everywhere. Elevator broke multiple times and people had to be pulled out. Awful and rude service. Save yourself and DO NOT GO HERE!

    The hotel is well located, close to the main train station and surrounded by many restaurants.Unfortunately, I was assigned room 516, which I strongly recommend avoiding. The room is directly opposite the housekeeping and maintenance offices, with the two doors next to each other. From around 7:30 a.m., staff start working in this area and the noise becomes very loud, making it very difficult to sleep.I reported the issue to both housekeeping and reception, but nothing was done. I also asked for a room change, but it was refused and I was told the hotel was fully booked.The mattress was also very hard, which made the stay less comfortable.Breakfast was quite basic, and the scrambled eggs were unfortunately not very good.Overall, the location of the hotel is convenient, but the room location and noise significantly affected my stay.

    Good hotel if you are not picky, very close to main attractions. the area is very safe and very close to termini and shopping area like via nazionale.
