Location

The hotel is located on the 5th floor of a historical building, next to ancient monuments and palaces of the past. This magnificent structure stands only 200 metres from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Just 10 minutes away guests may discover Ancient Rome walking through the Imperial Fora and the Coliseum, from the Pantheon to Piazza Navona. It is close to the major points of interest and its enviable position is perfect for all guests. Rome Ciampino Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 17 km and Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino Airport is roughly 35 km away.

Facility

23 rooms, including suites, apartments, studios and 15 double rooms, are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy. Services such as a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed. Extra beds can be requested.     Two night stay following a cruise. The hotel is in a great location close to the top of the Spanish Steps turn right when you step out of the hotel and immediately right again walk to the top of the holl and you are at the top of the steps. There is also a small jazz club on this street which is well worth a visit for food, bespoke cocktails and jazz music. The reception staff were very welcoming and i must mention Aira who is a fountain of knowledge her customer service skills are awesome. We had the best roon in the hotel I'm sure as it had a beautiful patio to sit out on. The beds are comfortable shower good and plenty of lighting and plug outlets. Breakfast can get a little hectic but the staff are very good there is plenty of choice of hot and cold food. Lots of restaurants around and a short walk to the main shopping area.     Amazing Hotel 10/10 experience

    5/5 - staff were lovely and polite. Could speak excellent english, Bar was also really good with a great selection of drinks and snacks, eg waffles, pancakes, pizzasRoom was lovely, lift or stairs to get up there IF YOUR A WOMEN AND HAVE THICK LONG HAIR i please advice to bring your own hair dryer as the hotel one isn’t the best, i ended up going to get a wash and blow dry near by for €30Hotel was bigger than expected Clean room, room service every day, when you check in, someone takes your suitcase off you and shows you to your room with it. They also offer you at the front desk if you’d like to book any excursions while in rome e.g. golf buggie around the cityEXTREMELY CENTRAL could get everywhere via foot, literally a 2 minute walk from trevi fountain - lovely food places nearby too.     Great location. Rooms were clean but quite small but they usually tend to be in cities. Location was fantastic and would definitely stop there again due to the location.     Stay spoiled by loud jazz music

    Unfortunately our trip was spoiled by the loud jazz music from the jazz club located underneath the hotel and playing live jazz bands until midnight every night. A pity because the room was really good and spacious and a brilliant location for all the sights but to experience this level of noise in a hotel in the evening is unacceptable!     Terrible experience involvng one nightshift reception worker who was working with a taxi driver to rip us.

    The biggest issue and concern we had was when leaving the hotel to go to the airport at 2am in the morning, reception had advised that reception staff could call us a taxi. We arrived at reception early hrs of the morning and spoke to a male member of staff. He stated he would phone a taxi but as it is during the night we would have to pay £120 euros. We had paid 40 euros from airport to hotel via Iber on our arrival. We reluctantly agreed and after waiting quite some time and worried we were going to be late, we checked on Uber and seen that we could get a taxi almost immediately at the cost of 40 euros. I told the man at reception to cancel the taxi and he appeared really annoyed and almost angry stating that it could not be cancelled. We agreed to wait.Taxi driver arrived, after 10minutes in the car he stated it was cash only. I refused this and told him we only had card and no cash. He then became angry and argumentative, stating his 'boss' has said we had agreed to 120 euros cash. He then phoned said 'boss' (which was a facetime call to the same staff member at the reception hotel as I seen his profile photo) and pushed the phone to me and told me to speak to him, hding the phine up to my face. I refused and stated we were paying by card and wasnt speaking to anyone. He then said his card machine was broke. Still driving, he said he would stop at a cash machine for us. I refused this and told him to stop the car and let us out (myself and 3 female relatives). Again he phoned his 'boss' back and tried to force me to speak to him, holding phone up to my face, again I refused. Clearly both working together to rip us off. They then proceeded to argue with each other whilst we were still driving. By this time, we were scared and wondering what was going to happen as I remained persistent I wasnt paying cash. After what felt like the longest drive to the airport, he threw our bags out the carboot and provided a card reader (which was in full working order) where we paid 40euros!!! A warning to anyone getting taxis to airport during the night. Staff are in cahoots with taxi drivers and trying to rip tourists off.
