    Staff exceptionally helpful with my 80yo parents who have mobility issues they are truely amazing nothing was too much trouble Location fabulous and very good valueBreakfast was good and rooms very clean and well serviced The lighting was a little dark and access to the rooms awkward but acceptable once you were used to itOverall thank you for contributing to a great family holiday

    Located right at Piazza del Popolo (Flaminio subway station 3 minute walk) for easy access to all the sites Rome has to offer. The room was large, with great views of the nearby Piazza. Good sized bathroom. Daily cleaning. Small fridge and coffee machine. Wonderful breakfasts. OMG! The selection and service was second to none. Full complement of coffees, cheeses, eggs, bacon (WoW the bacon!), fresh fruits and tasty sweets. Walking distance to all the major attractions. Everything the traveler could want. Location was quiet at night. Great sleeps, eats, and wonderful hosts.

    We have stayed at the hotel numerous times and enjoyed the room, staff and facilities…. as a treat for our daughter, her boyfriend and us we booked two rooms on Saturday 7th March. Our daughter was super impressed with the room, location etc. it was later that things turned appallingly bad for her. On our return at 10:30-11:00 pm they retired to the room after a long day and many miles walking. The room was very hot , given the temperature during the day. They went to bed straight away but found the music from the Jazz and the night club very very loud. They accepted it but assumed it would stop quickly/ within the hour. At 2:30am the music continued at extremely high volumes making it impossible to sleep. Additionally they tried to find a air conditioner remote control for extremely hot room. They called down to reception to complain about the noise and request a remote control for the air conditioning . The night receptionist told them the jazz music would stop at 3:00am and they would come to the room to help find the remote control. They arrived at room 301 and couldn’t find any remote control and went to get one and returned with it. The receptionist offered to move rooms but as it was 2:45am my daughter declined given it would mean having to pack up both of their belongings and take the cases to a new room etc etc. taking at least 30/45 minutes The music didn’t stop until after 4:00am. Meaning my daughter and her partner had no sleep until 4:30-5:00am. The room was extremely hot and the air conditioning didn’t seem to work When I complained to the receptionist they told me that they have no control over the timing of the music nor the volume. I told them that the staff new about the loud music and the issue as guests must have complained many times before. They agreed and told us they had rooms available that were significantly less affected. They also told me that the air conditioning does not work at this time of the year in the rooms. They then asked me to write formally my complaint but also promised to speak to the manager who wasn’t presently at the Their response. As reported by our night receptionist, a room change was immediately offered in order to resolve the situation. ( at 2-45 in the morning???) Our staff would of course have been available to assist them with the move, and they could have temporarily left their luggage in the room without needing to move everything immediately. Regarding the air conditioning, please note that our system is centrally managed and, during this time of the year, it is set to heating mode only.I wrote … .. stating I was appalled at their attitude. I see they only score 3.9 on trip advisor and have over 100 poor reviews at 1 and 2 rating.

    I visited with a friend and we had the smallest room with twin beds beside each other. Barely any room at the side of the bed. The bathroom access to the shower was difficult for larger people. However, the second night we were treated to an upgrade and this room was amazing. The cafe -Brillo had reasonably priced food all day. Really nice and tasty food. The roof top bar had a nice view and the cocktails were creative. Very nice environment. Buffet breakfast for 20 euro. Well worth it and fantastic fresh choices for breakfast. Location was fantastic Spanish steps are close by. The hallways have very shiny black and can be a bit disorienting some times.
