    Great location, clean!

    rating20 May 2026

Just got back for a 2 night stay at this hotel. My husband booked the trip as a suprise so I didn't know anything about the hotel prior to going. The hotel is in a great location 5 mins from the main train station, 20 mins from attractions. We arrived before check in time and was allowed to leave our bags at the lobby and again when we checked out which was great. Our room was basic but very clean. A perfect base to explore Rome.

    WORST EXPERIENCE

    rating23 Mar 2026

First and foremost, a valuable necklace that I had left in the room went missing, and the hotel refused to take any responsibility for this incident. Additionally, the hotel was very dirty, and the location was extremely poor.

    Misleading..

    rating19 Oct 2024

You really must be a tolerant person to stay at this hotel.First of all the only two good things about it, location and price. Here are the things that you must endure for said location and price..Misrepresentation.. all the pictures on the booking sites are of premium rooms, but if you book standard rooms you get the one in my pictures, and when you are booking the room it shows the premium ones. The location is great because of proximity of the center and the transportation hub, but that's also a negative thing, because of the proximity to the transport hub it noisy all day and all night, so if you're a light sleeper it's best to avoid it, not just because of the outdoor noise, but the whole night somebody is coming and leaving the hotel and making a noise in the hotel. The metal cage gate on the entrance of the hotel says a lot about the location. The third thing is that the receptionist is very rude if you have any questions about the misleading pictures on the booking sites. So if you can sleep thru anything, and don't mind a deteriorating room, and don't complain about, it it not bad.

    Worst Hotel Ever STAY AWAY!!!

    rating17 Sept 2024

This is the Worst hotel ever!!!1) The room is nothing like the picture it is a coffin that is 6’wide and 12’ long. The entry hallway is blocked by one of the beds making entry, exit and using the bathroom at night a challenge.2) The drain in the sink was clogged but i was able to fix it myself.3) The drain in the shower worked the first night but stopped working completely on the 2nd night. It was so clogged and slow that water ran out of shower into the room and the hallway. When we went to get help the Attendant didn’t know what to do so he gave us a bunch of towels and we cleaned it up ourselves. We reported it to the front desk AGAIN the next morning AND IT STILL WASN’T FIXED. For 2 night we had to get wet and turn off shower to soap up then turn on to rinse 1/2 way off then turn the shower off for aFew to let it drain the rinse off again.4) The elevator was tiny and only stopped to pick people up un the ground floor.5) The noise levelIn the hotel was unacceptable andThe staff did nothing to quiet the rowdy rooms down. The positives1) it is close to the train station 5 minwalk2)The person who checked us in was great3 The room was cleaned daily. The negatives by far outweigh the positives so I give this hotel 1 star and only because I can’t give it a 0

    Convienient location

    rating05 Jul 2024

It is important to keep in mind that this is a European Hotel. So adjust your standards as such based on listed stars. This hotel had everything that was expected based on its description. Its location is great. Very close to the train station. But, just as in other large metropolitan areas, areas around the train station may feel a bit sketchy (people, tourist shops, restaurants, etc) but this has no impact on the quality of the hotel. So if you are intimidated by this type of city-life, then this might not be the hotel for you. At no point did I feel unsafe or have any concern for my family’s well-being. We had a triple room (myself and 2 adult kiddos), and it was clean, spacious enough, and met our needs. I was aware that there would be a tax charge upon arrival at the hotel, but they stated it needed to be in cash (which I hadn't been prepared for). They allowed me the opportunity to pay the next day so I could accommodate the request. The young man at the counter was friendly and helpful. Although his sister/co-worker/family member, did not have the same interpersonal skills, no hand holding was necessary so it was not a big deal as we had no issues with our room. There is a lift, so not issues getting ourselves and our luggage to a higher floor.I chose this hotel due to its convenient location to the train station at the end of our trip (wanted easy access for early departure), and it checked all the boxes. I would not choose this as home base for a long stay, but it was exactly what we needed. I'd stay again.
