    I posted this previously but it wasn't loaded? Not sure why. Went for sports event with friends, but the hotel description is misleading. It resembles student halls of residence and rooms are extremely basic. Breakfast ok and bar and staff great. 15 minutes walk to metro station but on the right line for everything.

    Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had

    We traveled with Europamundo, and due to their mistake, two rooms were booked (one double and one single) instead of a triple room. When we arrived, I politely asked at the reception if they could change us to a triple, since we are a family of three traveling with our young daughter.I have never been treated so badly in a hotel. The woman at the front desk was rude, arrogant, and completely lacking empathy. She told me, in a very unpleasant tone, that nothing could be done because the booking was made through the agency. When I asked if we could at least change to a double room since we planned to sleep together, she became angry and, in an aggressive tone, said it was forbidden — that the police would come and fine us!My daughter heard the word “police” and got very scared. She started crying, thinking we were going to be arrested. It was a horrible, completely unnecessary situation, and we never received an apology.To make matters worse, the room was in terrible condition: the shower drain was clogged and the water overflowed into the bathroom; the rooms were tiny, and the beds were hard and uncomfortable.Honestly, this was an awful experience from every point of view. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. If you’re traveling with family, avoid this place at all costs.

    January 10-11,rooms 505,301Our stay was perfect from check in till check out.Special thanks to Mr Lorenzo at the front desk for his politeness and follow-up. He did the best; our 2 rooms were upgraded.Thanks to all in the hotel for their attention & polite attitudes.

    Restaurant is extremely extremely understaffed. Waited for more than half an hour to order because one man had to serve the entire restaurant and then waited for over an hour to receive our food. Restaurant and Hotel is aesthetically pleasing with nice decor and wallpaper but it’s all fluff and means absolutely nothing if the service is bad.

    Highly recommended. A peaceful spot in a very handy location well connected with the airport and very close to city center, Vaticano. Swimming pool, comfortable room and bedding, amazing breakfast, very nice staff! Grazie Grazie Grazie
