    The hotel is not located anywhere near the centre of Rome and public transport into the city requires real effort.Tram stops are a long walk away but the trams can be useful if you have the time.Rooms were small but kept clean. Staff were generally quite good.Breakfast was basic but satisfactory.There is a very large supermarket close by, open to 8pm, and some restaurants 5 minutes walk away.I wouldn’t stay there of my own choosing if I wanted to see the city but I had an ok stay.

    This is a very good hotel. The staff are very good, Luca and Paulo on reception are extremely helpful. They will go above and beyond to help. Samara on the bar and Gulia in the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping was very good too. We had clean sheets every day and fresh towels. My only criticism is the location of the hotel as it is a bit far from the centre of Rome. It's great if you got a car. Luca on reception helped us find a good route to central Rome via bus a metro. Thank you Luca. If I ever came back to Rome again I would come back to Z3. Oh and the breakfast was adequate too. Thank you for making our stay in Rome special. Gracia.

    I’m currently staying at this hotel and it is absolutely not worthy of a 4-star rating. The breakfast was the worst I’ve experienced so far: very limited bread options, ice-cold eggs, no cutlery on the tables, and the service is practically nonexistent. Whenever you ask for something, it takes far too long. Definitely not recommended.

    I am unfortunately staying here right now. I found toe nails on the floor. Dirty bathroom. No bags for personal hygiene. And pins on the floor. I informed the front desk and they told me that I have to wait until tomorrow. The food is non existent during the breakfast buffet and not helpful for people with dietary restrictions. At dinner it was the worst experience for they did not inform me what I was going to get as a result they served chicory and I am allergic to it. I am in bed now feeling sick. They are not prepared for large groups or maybe they just don’t care.

    Location was a good 20 min drive away from the centre of Rome... cheaper but longer to get a bus/tram if you feel confident. Reception staff were more than helpful, restaurant staff not so. Room was clean but lacked tea making facilities and our sink kept getting blocked.
