    The room was very clean. Maybe the shower doors could use a bit of scrubbing but overall it was very good. Dinner was amazing. The portions were very big and delicious. Breakfast was nice but they could have more options. The owner and staff were friendly. I would recommend if you’re looking for nice and inexpensive accommodation.

    We went here for a school trip. I was anxious because the reviews were bad, but we had the most amazing experience! The dinners were absolutely delicious and the rooms were much better than the other comments make them to be! We had many things to choose from at breakfast, and it was really all amazing. The staff are also incredibly nice!

    We stayed here in April and had a really lovely experience, 3 adults and two children aged 8 and 11. The staff were really welcoming and helpful. We were given really good advice on places to visit, parking, directions etc in Rome and the surrounding area. Our rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of space. We were also given a packed breakfast to take with us for our early flight home without asking, all really thoughtful touches. Thank you Gianfranco and all the staff, wish we were still here!

    Did not sleep well and my back ached every night due to 30inches wide mattress will not go there again!!

    I had single room number 101 oh what a disgrace!! The shower door, hairdryer, coat hangers, bed head, were all filthy full of dust, no skirting boards wallpaper peeling off, wall lamp almost falling off, 1980s thin outdated mattress, Childs single bed 2 and half foot wide not normal single bed, my back ached every night could not sleep well!! Although the hotel itself was okay and the staff were helpful and friendly but I’m afraid I will not stay there again unfortunately!!

    Good clean hotel and comfortable rooms for the price.Staff very attentive and seem happy in their jobs which to me shows a happy workforce. The owner Gianluca was very accommodating, even dropping things he had to do, to take my son to the doctor as he was taken ill. On our outbound we had a flight cancellation and arrived 3 days later, this was not a problem when I called them they just held the rooms.Would I stay again ? Yes I would and I will do at some point in the future.
