    Terrible do not book. No shower in the room. Bath was leaking so the floor was soacked and really loud noise coming from the walls

    The staff were excellent great communication always had a smile and a friendly welcome and very helpful with any questions.Location is perfect round the corner from the Spanish steps and 30 mins walk max to other popular sights and a great express shop few doors down for anything you might neee.The room itself was perfect very clean great air con comfy bed with Netflix already set up on the tv The bathroom was the highlight with a massive jacuzzi bath - some reviews I read before visiting complain about no shower but there’s a shower head within the bath that’s perfectly acceptable to wash your hair or quick rinse of the body.Thank you for a great stay!Absolutely no negatives and if I was to come back to Rome I would 100% stay there again

    We stayed here for 4 nights and found it to be acceptable. The main positives are the location which is right next to the spanish steps and the Spagna metro station. Also, there is a free breakfast in the restaurant right outside the hotel. They offer you only limited options from the menu, but its great to get your day started. The hotel itself seems like it was once pretty luxurious, or at least that's what they were going for. However, it definitely needs some upkeep. We had the izen, which seems to be the largest room. It was very dark and quite worn out. The hot-tub seemed nice, but was rather difficult just to take a regular shower in. The wardrobe was also very old. The staff were friendly but we didn't really interact with them a lot. They are supposed to be onsite starting 8:15 but they always showed up about half an hour late. Check-in was smooth but they also didn't explain anything about the room or offer much information. All in all, I would only consider staying here for the location and the included breakfast, but it wasn't the most comfortable stay.

    Great location by spanish steps and comfy beds. After numerous visits, we were looking forward to our stay, however this time the rooms were very dusty and do need a lick of paint. Also breakfast was meant to be included but we were told it wasn't included in our room rate even though the lovely lady on reception had said the day before how to go for breakfast etc.

    The location of this property was perfect for us, minutes from the Spanish Steps and walking distance to all the main attractions in Rome. The concierge desk is only open for a few hours during the day, but they are available by phone/whatsapp msg all day. We were in the iTube room, it was a little smaller than we expected, but it was fine as we didn't spend much time in there. More of a B&B than a full service hotel, which worked fine for our needs as we were only there for 3 nights. My only suggestions would be if there were some shelves to put our clothes on (the single rack was not enough for all of our clothes) and maybe a cup or some sort of holder for our toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom.
